Nico's Pov

We got our weapons and helped the girls find theirs. Cassie had her knife from before. She claims that she found it in a dumpster running from the cops in LA.

That got us all laughing. We found a sword that became a pen and you just had to click the end to transform it.

Andi found a charm bracelet that the charms turned into the weapons they represented.

We walked to the training arena and started stretching.

"Okay, we have to evaluate your skills, so Percy is going to fight both of you. Andi, why don't you fight him first?" I suggested. She nodded and they started circling each other.

Eventually, Percy got tired of waiting for Andi to make the first move, and lunged at her. She blocked expertly and lunged at him. They continued the fight, and you could see the resemblance in their fighting styles.
It looked like Andi was going to win. She had managed to corner him before she made a mistake.
He managed to hit the hilt of her sword and disarmed her.

"Okay, you're pretty good. Just remember to keep your defense up while you are doing your advance," Percy told her breathlessly.

She nodded, also breathless. We decided to take a break to allow Percy to rest. We grabbed a water bottle and sat down.

After a ten minute break, Percy and Cassie got up. They started circling each other like Andi and Percy did. And like before, Percy made the first move. He aimed for her legs and she jumped.
She countered with a swipe to his head and he blocked.

They continued their dangerous dance and it got intense. Cassie was obviously a natural.

"I bet you 10 drachmas Percy wins," I whispered to Andi.

"Your on. Cassie will definitely win," she whispered without a trace of doubt.

The battle got even more intense, if that was even possible.
Using the expert skill they both seem to possess, they began to take risks.

I saw a glint in Cassie's eyes right before she swiped his feet out from under him. While he was falling, she disarmed him and pointed his own sword at his head.

There was dead silence.
No one could believe what had just happened.
