Lucifer #1 Pt. 2

You covered your mouth with your hand. You stared at him wide-eyed and tears pouring out of your eyes. You started backing away from him. His face softened, he tried reaching out for you but you shook your head.

"No. Why do you care. You never loved me anyways." You could see the tears welling in your eyes.

"I-I didn't mean it. I was angry. I thought you were going to leave me." you let out a sob.

"I would never leave you. But I am now because you broke my heart." He tried to grab you again but you hit his hand away.

"Please. Don't leave." he sobbed.

"I'm sorry Lucifer." he dropped to his knees and watched you walk out the bunker door.

He screamed. Gabriel heard him and ran to him.

"Lucifer, Brother talk to me." Lucifer shook his head.

"She's gone." Gabriel zapped his brother to his and Sams room and held him as he cried. When fell asleep Gabriel got up and used his angel mojo to find you. You were sitting on the roof. Gabriel approached you slowly.

"He didn't mean it. He's a mess please talk to him." He said.

"I know he didn't mean it. But it still hurt." you whispered. You turned around. Gabriel saw just how much it hurt in your eyes. He pulled you to him. You pressed your face into his neck.

"Take me to him." Gabriel nodded and you felt the ground fall away.

Gabriel had zapped you to his room. Lucifer was curled up in the middle, cheeks wet with tears. His rose and fell with each breath he took.

You looked at Gabe and he nodded. "I'll be in the Library." You nodded but didn't look at him.

You walked over to the bed and sat down. Hesitantly you reached out running your fingers through Lucifers soft blond hair. He stirred and opened his eyes. He looked at you with bloodshot eyes. You gave him a small smile, moving your hand to wipe his wet cheeks with your thumb.

"I'm sorry. I broke you in ways I can't fix" his voice was low and scratchy from crying.

"You can fix me." he looked confused. "How? I'll do anything." you kissed his forehead laid down next to him.

"First things first. You ever say something to break me again Gabriel and my brothers will kick your ass." he nodded. "And the second thing is you have to trust me. I know you have trust issues because of what happened up stairs but you have to trust me for this to work."

He grabbed your hand and kissed your knuckles. "I can do that." he whispered.

You leaned in and kissed him softly on the lips. Then you curled up against his chest.

"I love you so much thank you for giving me a second chance"

You placed a small kiss to his chest. "I love you so much too. And everyone deserves a second chance, even you."

Gabriel came back a half an hour later. He smiled when he saw you and Lucifer curled up together. Both sleeping soundly.
