The building is large and pale yellow. On top of the building, in large, blue letters, Information Desk is written. You enter through large, slightly curved, glass sliding doors and find many other citizens. There are plenty cushy, dull blue chairs available for anyone who is waiting for their questions to be answered.
In the back of the room there is an information desk. A woman with platinum blonde hair and bright yellow eyes waits behind it. A light Faerie, you assume.
You walk up to the desk to ask your question. "Hi. I'm Teresa. How may I help you?"
