I turn off my stupid alarm clock and open my eyes. I put on my A/C glasses. My eyes finally focus and I'm staring at my calendar. OMI!!! ITS THE FIRST DAY OF MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!! I get out of bed, and change quickly.
I run downstairs and see my mom making me breakfast. "Good Morning Y/N!" She says happily. I look over to my side and see my brother, Liam. He's going into 8th grade.
"Are you two excited for school?" My mom asks. "I'm not excited for learning but I'm excited that I'm going into 6th grade and that I get to see all of my friends!" I say excitedly. "And by all your friends you mean Laurance?" My brother sniggers. Okay so I may have a tiny crush on Laurance. Okay, HUGE crush. "Hey! I have friends that are girls too!" I say
"Who?" He asks. "Aphmau, Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, and Cadenza!" I say. "Cadenza doesn't count because she's Laurance's sister!" Liam said angrily. "Ok... Who are all your friends that are boys?" He ask with a smirk on his face. "Um... Laurance, Garroth, Travis, Dante, Aaron, Vylad, and I'm still working on getting Zane as my friend." I say happily.
I've always had a lot friends. I've never stuck to just friends that are girls. Last year, a girl named Ivy and her gang made fun of me for being friends with boys but, I don't care! They are my friends and I would never ditch them.
I finish eating and grab my backpack. But then something interrupts my thoughts. "Hey mom, where is Jacob?" I ask. Jacob is my oldest brother. I'm the youngest and the only girl. Jacob is going into 10th grade. I've always looked up to him but, he just doesn't like me. "He's sick with the Flu!" She screams. "Ok! Love you! Bye!" I scream and leave.
I was walking along the path and I see Laurance and Cadenza. I approach them and say "Hi!". They smile. "Hey Y/N! How was your summer?" Asks Laurance. "Good. How was yours?" I ask happily. "It was great! I got to play with my best friend for most of it!" He says. Best friend?! I thought I was his best friend!! "And that is..." I ask. I really need to know who this is. He rolls his eyes. "You!" He says. I sigh of relief. "Few. I thought you were cheating on me." I say relieved. He laughs. "We aren't dating you know. So I technically can't cheat on you." He says. "Wow, since when did you become all technical?" Asks Cadenza. "I don't know..." He says. I laugh. I think it's funny how his sister doesn't even know he's been hanging around me all summer. "He's been around me a lot. And I'm VERY technical." I say happily. Im happy to have friends like these.
Le Timeskip~~
We arrive at school and I sigh. "What class?" I ask Laurance and Cadenza. They look down at their papers sadly. "Science." Said Cadenza. "I hate science!" She says again. I laugh a bit. "I have Math." Said Laurance. "Aw! Lucky! I want math!" I say. I love math! It's my favorite subject! (Deal wit it) "I have Social Studies... Yay..." I say sarcastically. I hate Social Studies, it's my least favorite subject. "Well, see ya later!" I say. We walk to our classes alone.
I find my class and see Garroth and Dante there. I walk over to them and smile. "Can I sit here?" I ask. "Yes!" They say in unison. See! This is a good thing that I have plenty of friends! I sit down and listen to their conversation. "Do you know who Laurance is crushing on?!" Asked Garroth excitedly. I really want to know so I pull out my book and pretend to read.
"I heard he likes Aphmau." Said Garroth. My heart suddenly drops into my stomach. My crush likes one of my friends. I feel tears sting my eyes. I calm down a bit and read my Harry Potter book. (Harry Potter is da best!)
Le Timeskip~
I walk out of Social Studies with Garroth and Dante. I'm still a little hurt by the fact that Laurance likes Aph and not me. Now that I say that in my head, it sounds selfish. He's my best friend and I need to support him even if it hurts me.
We keep walking along the halls until we see... Laurance and Aph kissing. H-how dare they... I walk away while Garroth and Dante go towards them. I walk to lunch. I feel so angry. I feel so sad. I can feel the anger boiling up inside of me. But I also feel tears stinging my eyes. I don't know how to feel.
I walk into the cafeteria and sit down at a table. All of my friends come over to me and sit down. Including Aph and Laurance. I eat my food and don't say a word. Laurance notices and comes and sits by me.
"What's wrong? I almost never see you cry." He says worriedly. I don't answer. If I did, how would I tell him what's wrong? Same with if Aphmau asked me. "Y/N..." He says but this time a bit more annoyed. At this point I'm crying. I'm just so... I don't even know how to describe it. Am I jealous?
I look up at him. "Laurance, it's hard to explain what's wrong... And if I did explain... It would have to be in private." I say through sobs. "Okay... We'll talk after lunch?" He asks. I nod and continue to eat my food in silence
Le Timeskip~
I walk out of lunch with Laurance and bring him to where no one else is. "What's wrong?" He asks seriously. What should I say? "Laurance... I think I'm... Jealous... Of you and Aphmau." I say calmly. I've calmed down a bit since the whole kiss fiasco. "You're jealous?! Why?!" He asks his face going slightly pink. Is he blushing?! "Laurance, I've had a crush on you since 3rd grade. I've never told you or anyone else because... Well, they talk about it behind their back. And I was always afraid that people would tell you." I said. I can feel heat rise up to my cheeks.
Laurance just stares at me with a shocked look on his face. But the look turns into a smirk. "You look cute flustered." He said. I feel more heat rise up to my cheeks. "B-but W-what a-about you and A-Aphmau?" I stutter. I must be a tomato at this point. "Well, that rumor of me liking Aph wasn't true. When Aph found out about the rumor she saw me in the hall and kissed me. But, the problem is, is that she's not the one I love." Said Laurance.
I stare at him confused. He rolls his eyes and comes closer to me. "You're the one I love." He says. I feel even more heat rise to my cheeks. We were about 2 centimeters apart. He closes the gap between us and I feel his lips against mine. I was shocked at first but melted into it. He pulls away and smiles. I'm probably a tomato by now. "Y/N... Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. "Yes!" I say and hug him. We walk to our next class hand-in-hand.

Aw! So adorable! Laurance is one of my favorites so I had to make this one cute! Thank you for the suggestion @MysticalMajesty31!!! I had lots of fun writing it! Please leave some more suggestions on the comments because I can't come up with plots. I may be writing a bit more today because I am going to Universal today and I'll be in the car for about an hour so yeah! Bai my kittens!!
