I sighed as I caught myself staring at him. Again. Why can I just get over him? I know he'll just hurt me again!

"Ren." Liz sat across from me. She was glaring at me, Biersack knows why. Then her gaze shifted, and I realized. Damn. She caught me too. "I'm trying, Liz." I whispered, staring at my untouched food. She sighed audibly. "I know, Ren, I know."

I glanced at him again. He was staring at me, a small half smile on his face. For the sake of fandoms, he was sitting with another girl! Just leave me alone! I screamed at him inside my head, mentally planning to murder him, but knowing I loved him too much to go through with it.

A tear rolled bravely down my cheek. Why? The question echoed head, resounding in the deepest parts of my soul.

"Hey, Ren are you okay?" Liz asked.

"Fine." I answered, wiping the tear away.

"We all know fine never means fine."

"Ren..?" His voice turned my glare into a shocked frown.

"What do you want." It wasn't a question, and my voice was cold.

"I saw you crying, are you alright?" He took no notice of my hostile tone.

"I'm fine, ----. Leave me alone."

"Sorry for caring. I knew you couldn't change. You're nothing but a cheat."

I frowned, my glare coming back, stronger. The cafeteria went silent, waiting for my response. I stood, facing him. "Oh shut it. We talked about that, it wasn't entirely my fault. You cheat on every girl you date- because that's what players do. You're just upset someone beat you to it."

There were a few claps as I stormed out the double doors, half of me wishing I hadn't said it. Now he would never forgive me.
