Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland

Chapter 3

Alice POV

Alice grabbed onto Peter's hand because going down any rabbit hole is bound to be a bumpy ride. Peter thumped his foot on the ground twice, a rabbit hole opened up underneath them. They fell down the rabbit hole. Tables and chairs separating them on occasion. Peter pulled up a chair a table and a chair for Alice, and then snatched a pot of tea from the air as they were falling.

"So Alice how are the folks?" Peter asked pouring tea in Alice's cup as they fell.

"Umm...," Alice was a little startled at first by this then she remembered that this was normal in Wonderland, "They arranged a marriage for me."

Peter stopped pouring the tea in shock and if Alice had looked up she would have saw his heart break, but, unfortunately she failed to do so.

"Oh, um who's the lucky man?" Inquired as his an umbrella almost hit him in the head.

"I did not care enough to find out," She replied

Peter's heart mended a bit knowing that she probably did not like this person or the idea of the whole arranged marriage thing.

Peter turned his hand so he could see what time it was.

"Oh-no were going to be late, can't the ascent go any faster!"

Alice gave Peter a puzzled look.

"Oh yeah, DEscent sorry I always get those two mixed up," Peter apologized.

Alice giggled.

Peter blushed, embarrassed at his miswording.

"Brace yourself," Peter said staring down at the ceiling below.

They hit the ceiling and then fell onto the floor. Alice fell on her rump, and Peter managed to stay standing.

"That was one of my smoothest landings," He gloated as he helped Alice up.

When Alice stood up she wasn't wearing her nightgown she was wearing a blue dress that was three inches above her knees. The dress looked like the one she was wearing when she got here the first time. The only difference was that she was wearing white tights, but, still the same black dress shoes.

Peter, on the other hand, was wearing exactly what he was when she had seen him in her room.

"Yeah...," Peter looked at Alice, "We realized for some odd reason Wonderland has some sort of dress code."

"Well that's Wonderland nonsense, this is going to take me forever to get used to," Alice sighed.

Alice now had time to take in the room. The place had a round ceiling with clubs, diamonds, spades, and hearts tiled onto it. The walls around were rounded like a cylinder and had inscriptions that were washed out by time. The floor was red and white checkered like the tiles of a marble chess board. There was a table in the middle of the room with a bottle and a key. Then there was a cake on the ground. A little door stood sturdy and locked on the wall in front of them. Peter walked up to the table grabbed the key dropped it on the ground then picked up the bottle and drank a bit. He gestured it towards Alice, she took the bottle and drank the rest of it. Alice's whole body started to tingle and everything around her got bigger... or did she get smaller, with Wonderland you could really never tell.

"Hey, Alice could you help me out with this," Peter grunted trying to drag the key to the door.

"Oh. Yeah," Alice ran over to help.

They dragged that key over, put it in the lock, and started to push it so it would unlock the door.

When the lock finally clicked open Peter pushed the door. There was a enormous mushroom forest growing above them. Peter jumped up to grab a part of a mushroom. He split it in half and gave part of it to Alice. They ate it and grew back to their regular size.

He took a piece of cake out of his pocket, "For your troubles."

Alice at first didn't get it then she remembered the caterpillars and how they hated it when someone took a piece of mushroom.

"Well let's go to Heart Castle," He stretched his arms in the air.

"Which one?" Alice asked.

"Oh yeah, so Redd and White settled their differences after the Jabberwocky and Wicked teamed up and destroyed both of the heart castles, so we had to make a new one," Peter explained.

"Also, the reason that I'm 18 and look a lot more human is because Wicked put a curse on us using Jabberwocky's venom," Peter looked down as if he was forgetting something but he didn't know what it was, so Alice didn't ask.

They walked to heart castle. The castle was a mix of white and red marble. The gates around it were lined with golden roses, rubies, and opals.

As they walked in the room. There were people shouting at each other and threatening to kill one another. Redd and her fiery red hair was waving wildly she was wearing a red tank top and jeans, White had her crown of sliver roses on her head and wearing basically the same thing as Redd except her tank top was white. Hatter was shaking his head in the background and Ace the white knight in shining armor was yelling with his hand on his sword. On the other side there was a Lion and human hybrid named Conner, Conner's hair was so unruly it really looked like a lion's mane he wasn't wearing any shoes and he had tail jeans and a brownish shirt. Tim has gray hair a gray shirt with a heart patch sewed onto his shirt, and gray jeans with a two axes slung across his back. Next to them stood Scarecrow with crossed arms, a black hat, gloves, patch work shirt, patch work pants, and black boots. The worst part was there standing in the room shouting at the Wonderlander's was... Dorothy!

"What are you doing here?!" Alice shouted at Dorothy.

"Trying to save Wonderland and Oz, what are you doing here?!" Dorothy shouted back.

"Oh yeah, that's what I forgot to mention," Peter laughed nervously.
