Lexi's POV
'You'er sure he's here aren't you?' I asked through the my ear piece seconds before I stepped through the door.
'Of course I am' Bentley replied sounding very sure of himself. I rolled my eyes and looked around the room. I had just entered a pub in the middle of no where. I knew some sort of gang was here but the amount of motorbikes and leather jackets I saw.
Trying to look like I was meant to be here I headed towards the bar and ordered my self a beer. I was never much of a beer drinker these days but I thought it would look weird if I just ordered a rasberry and coke.
Within moments a couple of the younger men had inched their way towards me. I knew this was happen. These boys wanted anyone they could get their hands on. And by the looks of things it seemed that I was the only one girl around.
'Could I buy you a drink love?' One of them asked.
'No thanks, I'm just fine' I replied turning around to lean my elbows on the bar.
'Come on I'll show you a good time.' another one asked running his hand up my leg. I raised my eyebrow and looked across at him.
'Move or lose it, mate!' I warned. But yet he kept it there not making any move to change his position. As his hand moved up my thigh a bit I grabbed it and twisted instantly seeing the pain evident in his face.
'Are you going to touch me again?' I asked. He shook his head furiously and I let him going watching as he scampered away from me. I went to walk down away from the group when one of them reached up and slapped my ass.
'I like em' feisty.' He purred standing up and looking down at me.
Before I had a chance to reply a voice sounded in my ear. 'I don't think your going to be able to win them over if you just beat them all up.' Bentley growled.
I couldn't really reply whilst I was sounding in front of them so I just ignored him. I was about to throw a punch when a voice sounded behind me.
'Is this anyway to treat a lady?' Without even looking I could tell whom the voice belonged to. It wasn't overly loud but you could sense the authority that came behind it.
I turned towards him. 'Your boys need to learn some manner.' I pointed out.
He chuckled to himself.
'And I"m sure you would be the one to teach them, wouldn't you Alexis?'
I froze instantly for a second. How the hell did he know my name?
'You need to get out of there, he knows who you are!' I heard Tyson urge.
'I would have thought you would have already Damian.'
'So you know who I am?' He asked though deep down I knew that he wasn't stupid enough to think that I was just here for a drink. 'Why don't you sit down and have a drink with me?'
He moved towards a table at the back and motioned for the chair in front of him.
'Only if your mutts keep their hands to themselves' I warned. I sat in front of him, I knew that there was no way that I could kill him and get out of here alive. I had to wait a bit longer before the boys got here so they could help.
'You know where my son is?' he asked.
Deciding there was no reason to lie I nodded. 'What do you want with him?'
'Would you believe me if I said that I just wanted to talk to him?'
'No,' I replied bluntly.
'You're a smart girl. No wonder you've come so far.'
'You don't know anything about me.'
'But I do.' He paused for a second.'I have been watching you for a long time. Since you first became gang leader. I always knew that you would be the one to take down in the future. And so I have an idea.'
I frowned what the hell was he talking about. I thought we were here to talk about his son not about me.
'I want you to combine gangs with me. I have the strongest gang in the world.'
I couldn't even think straight. I didn't want to join his gang.
Without even thinking I spoke 'Your sons apart of my gang and you want to kill him. The last thing I would do would be to put any of my boys in danger.'
It was a lie, every little bit of it was but I couldn't help but protect him.
'Boss we've got to go!' One of the men from his gang yelled. Everyone around me begin to stand and head towards their motorbikes within seconds.
Damian stood too. 'Think about it. My gang is throwing an auction ball feel free to come and bring your boys.'
'And what about Jason?'
'He will be given one night of leave from our chase of him. So he may come as well.' With that he headed out for throwing an invitation on the table as he left.
That was how the boys found me. Sitting and steering at the invitation.
I didn't even understand what just happened. I couldn't make sense of it all.
