This anger built inside me
That no one ever sees
A single leaf among the trees
The pain slowly killing me
That no one ever feels
New wounds bleed old scars ache wounds that just won't heal
I really hate feeling this way
These are the reasons why I pray
No one understands this aching pain
These tears from my eyes are falling like rain
I always feel like I'm by myself
Just me in pure darkness no one else
Although my thoughts can be so deadly
My heart is still left empty
