Bill and Dustin realized what was wrong with her but decide not to tell Rose 'cause it might scare her and that's the last thing they want to do. Its getting very late so the three of them walk home Rose looking depressed so Dustin walks over and does his little red riding hood impression for her and she laughs as she walks in her house along with Dustin as they wave their farewells.

I saw Kats motionless body on the hospital bed I feel bad and I can't help but think this is my fault I sit on the chair next to the bed as I slowly start to talk to her "Kat I'm so sorry I wish I could have been truthful to you about my feelings Kat although you can't hear me I want to tell you I-I love you Kat that's why I had been bullying you I couldn't find a better way to show my affection toward you." Kat opens her eye and its pitch black as she starts to float above the bed as she mischievously grins slowly turning towards Thorn.
