I slashed through monster after monster, sometimes cursing in Ancient Greek. There was too many. As we were going to Athens, Gaia launched a surprise attack. Now, we were swarmed. I took a look around, and saw Annabeth stabbing a hellhound in the stomach. I saw how well she was doing , and smiled. It didn't last long though. Suddenly, I saw Gaia sneaking up on her. Annabeth wasn't looking that way, so she was doomed. I ran with all my might and into Gaia, knocking her form over. Unfortunately, running into her also started my bomb, which I had asked Leo to make. The count down began. I felt like beckondwarf, on The Princess Andromeda. I slammed into Gaia again, and closed my eyes. 3....2.....1....
