LETTER EIGHT

Dearest Wanda,

I know times have been tough, I am tired but surprised that the robot has been quiet. I know the Avengers are suspicious, all of us are. I think they hate us, but I have a soft spot for the old man with the bow and arrows. I remember father when I see him.

Speaking of father, do you remember the time when we were strolling around the city? Father told us some stories of the places he has visited. I kept imagining what it would be like when we did not have our powers. I would love to live a normal life.

I guess this is our fate. You know, to have powers and use them for the greater good and not for evil. Even though these powers were given to us, I still consider this as a curse rather than a blessing. We could have lived a normal life.

I should try to be positive instead, you know? I am nervous about what is going to happen in the fight between us and the robot, his name was Ultron but I keep forgetting it anyways.

I will protect you in that fight. I will never let anything harmful happen to you. You have my word, sister.

Now, I hope everything will be alright. I don't think I will take it if you get hurt.

That is my job, to get you breathing and live.

I love you.

Sincerely,
your brother
