Chapter 10: "I need to say something"

Reid rushes into the office before Gideon can think even once about it. He is on a mission and heads right for Hotch's office, closing the door behind him, catching the attention of his boss. "Reid? Whats-"

"I need to say something." Reid interrupts him. Hotch puts his pen down and looks back up to Reid.

"Okay." He replies and waits to hear what Reid needs to say.

"Okay." Reid starts up and immediatelly plus down and closes the shades.

"What are you doing?" Hotch asks, now standing up.

Reid even locks the door and finally looks back at Hotch. "I want to try something." He states as he walks back to where he stood before.

"Reid, what is going on here?" Hotch asks, as if he did not hear what Reid said earlier.

Reid ignored him and walked up to Hotch, smacking their lips together. Hotch, at first, was stunned, but gave into the kiss. Hotch held Reid close around the waist, Reid keeps his grip on Hotch's shirt. Hotch locks Reids lips, asking for entrance. Reid gave him access, allowing Hotch to explore every part of his mouth. Hotch shoves his tongue deep into Reids mouth, almost down Reids throat. Saliva begins to roll down their chins and Hotch begins to arch Reid back.

Hotch lifts Reids leg up, so that it is on his hip, holding it in place. Finally he spins Reid around. Reid and Hotch shove everything onto the floor, off the desk. Leaving room to lay Reid down. Reids legs wrap around Hotch's waist, allowing him more access. Hotch begins to move his hips. Reid breaks the kiss as he let's out a gasp as he feels the sudden movement.

"Is it wrong to say I want to take you here and now?" Hotch asks. Reid barely hard anything Hotch asks, as he feels nothing but want, lust. Hotch loses it as he watches Reids facial expressions. He goes down and undoes his pants.

They are interrupted by a sudden knock on the door. "Hotch you need to come out here and see this." Morgan's voice catches Reids ear. They both immediatelly clean themselves up and Hotch tells Reid to stay put.

Hotch walks to the door and opens it a bit. "What is it?" Hotch asks.

"You need to come see, before Reid comes shows up." Morgan explains.

Hotch realizes that Morgan has no idea Reid is already here, he keeps it to himself though. "Okay." He nods and walks out of the office. This caught Reids attention. He wants to know why he can't see what Morgan told Hotch to see. He quietly sneaks out if the office, unnoticed by the others. He pretends to have just arrived. Everyone is looking at Morgan's computer, showing the news, this women standing infront of a building that is burning down.

"What's going on?" Reid asks, before he can stop himself.

The group turns and looks at him, worried. Jj speaks first, "Reid, I don't think you want to-"

"Why can't I see?" Reid asks, now getting irritated. It's Morgan's turn to speak up.

"Kid, you shouldn't wa-"

"Let me see!" Reid raises his voice. Now the group hesitantly move to the side, allowing Reid to see.

"The group home, or what remains of it, was indeed blown up. No one saw this coming, and sadly there were no survivers. Some of the police force say this might be a terrorist attack." The woman on the screen starts to explain. Reid looks at where the location is, and surely enough he drops to his knees in disbelief.

"Kid?" Morgan places a hand on Reids shoulder.

"My mom, she can't be..." Reid can't bring himself to say the word. "No, she had to be on a trip or something." He tries to lie to himself, but he is unable to fool himself.

"Reid, I am so sorry." Garcia comments, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Reid shrugs Morgan's hand off of him and begins to sob to himself, realizing that his mother is now gone.

The team has no idea of what to say, they just stand around, feeling helpless.

Gideon takes Reid into and embrace, holding him close, trying to sooth the young man. The only one Reid will allow to touch him at this time. "I am so sorry kid." Gideon whispers into his ear. "I wish I could tell you everything is going to be okay, but you wouldn't believe me." He adds.

"She's gone." Reid manages to whimper. "She's just gone."

"I know..." Gideon replies, trying to hold back tears, trying to stay strong for Reid.

Morgan watches as the younger male, falls deeper and deeper in sadness, feeling useless. He hates seeing Reid so upset, he hates him being hurt.

Hotch watches in silence aswell, and knows that he can only help Reid by finding how who did this and why they did it. They now have a case they need to get too. But he knows Reid cannot be involved, it will be hard to tell him that. He knows Reid will want to be apart of this case.
