Ace's Raine

Chapter 5: Father

After the fiasco with my family and friends, I wandered the streets for awhile. Thinking about what my life could have been.
Would I be weak? I wonder if I would have a boyfriend. Instantly my mind goes to Raine.
Quit it Ace! Didn't you see the way he hated you?
But he doesn't understand...
I never wanted to leave him. Or anyone for that matter.
Suddenly I'm fuming. I'm angry about my dad. I'm angry at Roger. I'm angry at myself for being so weak for letting them take me.
I start walking fast towards an alley way. Once I see no one is around or looking, I look towards the brick wall. I start punching and punching until I can't feel anything anymore.
I need to calm myself down...fast.
So I start to whisper
"One..."
"Two..."
"Three..."
"Four..."
"Five..."
"Six..."
"Seven..."
"Eight..."
"Nine..."
I take a deep breath...
"Ten."
Counting is my method of calming down. Once I count, I stop thinking about life and start thinking of a black wall. The black wall is me and I need to calm down to turn white.
Wierd method but I picture the black as darkness inside me and I picture white as the person I used to be and want to be.
I feel a buzz in my pocket and realize it's the new phone Roger gave me before I left. There is an unknown text message.
UNKNOWN: ~It's your father and we need to talk. Come to my office in 20 min.~
Of course. Of course he wants to talk and he better have a damn good explanation!
It takes me about fifteen minutes to get there and I see the twins car and my dads car outside.
I decided to put my tough mask on and walk in without knocking.
"Hello!" I yell.
I hear footsteps running toward me.
The twins appear through the huge hallway and look at me curiously.
"What are you doing back?" Asked Liam. Lenard just looked annoyed.
"My father told me to come talk to him." I say and then ask "where is his office?"
Lenard just walked away and Liam smiled and started walking down a hallway. Once we got to the end, he pointed towards a door and said
" There ya go! And if you need anything, I'll be outside waiting."
I slowly opened the office door and shut it behind me. My father was sitting on the couch, appearing to be waiting for me.
"Sit Ace." He said gently.
"Fuck no!" I yelled. "What did you want?"
"You need to calm down!" He yelled back but then claimed down and said "Look... I understand why your upset with me and-"
"Upset?!" I interrupted. " I'm fucking pissed! Why the hell did you do that?! What did I ever do to you?!" I'm fuming now and know I need to calm down but I stay angry.
"I had to!" He said. " I needed the money!"
"You could have found a way father!" I spat. "And you clearly don't care because your doing it again!"
"Okay look bitch. I tried being the sorry parent but I'm not. I don't give a shit if your here or not because I'm getting paid for it. And if this spreads to anyone, I will hurt the people you love."
That last part shut me up. What would he do? I didn't even want to know because I storm out of the office.
But my father was faster, he grabbed my arm in the hallway and spoke quietly.
"You will stay in the room upstairs on the right and you will go to high school for senior year. And you will go back to where you came from the second its over. Got it?"
I stayed silent taking it all in.
"Fine!" I spat. And I stormed off before he could say anything else.
I try to get out as fast as possible before I hurt someone, but I run into a hard object.
Me and the object both fall with me on top of it. The object is a person, and that person, was Raine.
He grabbed ahold of my waist surprised and stares at me.

Suddenly he pushes me off and we both stand up. 
"What the hell are you doing here?" He spat angrily.
"I live here now." I shrug.
"Don't get in my way bitch!"
And with that, he stormed off.

My anger towards my father is rising and I need to get out before I honesty kill him...
