Every breath I breathe is an earthquake
Resonating aftershocks shaking from my chest to my legs
Every inhale is a hurricane
Spinning through my head
Thunder clouds block out my eyes
Refuse to let loose a torrential down pour
My legs are twigs
Easily broken, weak, snap
When the weight of the world becomes too much
They collapse beneath me
My hands are oceans
Each curl of my fingers is a tsunami wave
Trying to hold on to the shore, solid ground
Reaching farther for stability, a sense of safety
To often to my hands mistakenly destroy what they once created
I can not say I am sorry without breathing
With out the resonating after shock of an earthquake
Or my eyes to let loose the hurricane
I am left on my knees
Grasping at twigs
Trying to find ground again
When you finally leave
I am sorry
I can not undo what I am, what I've done
I am force of nature
You didn't ask be caught in the aftermath
