No. They said nothing was wrong. All of them said no. The specialists, sleep monitors, even fortune tellers. Nothing was wrong with Tzuyu. Well, logically. The fortune tellers scared us even more when they said great misfortune was coming her way. It sent Tzuyu running out the place.

"I'm so sorry, Chewy," I apologized, holding her hand as we walked back home.

Tzuyu just shook her head, trying not to cry. "Why me?"

"Please don't cry, Chewy! We'll get through this, I promise! I'm prepared to look after you, to make sure nothing or nobody hurts you. Nothing will take away my Chewy!"

Tzuyu gave me a small smile. "Really?"

"Yeah, Tzuyu. Nothing bad will happen as long as I protect you."

I kissed her cheek, and she turned away blushing. We were walking past a park when we saw the bushes rustle. We abruptly stopped when someone stepped out, and we screamed. They dressed in all black so only their eyes were seen. They glared at Tzuyu before running off down the street.

"Sana unnie, I'm scared!" Tzuyu shrieked, cuddling up to me.

Who was that freak anyway? He didn't seem harmful. He just glared at her, not take out a gun or even make a threat. Maybe he was just a prankster, and I brushed him off.

"He was just a prankster, Tzuyu. Nothing to worry about."

"Are you sure? I think he wanted to kill me..."

"I'm sure about it. Now let's go home so we can eat some jokbal."

Tzuyu smiled cutely as we headed back home. "I like jokbal."

"I know, Tzuyu. I know."

"Where were you guys?!" Nayeon exclaimed as soon as we walked through the door.

Her along with Jihyo, Momo, and Mina stood at the door, looking awfully worried. I was confused, I clearly told them Tzuyu and I were going out.

"We've been looking for you all day. Why did it take so long?" Jihyo asked, arms crossed.

"Er, we told you we were going out," I defended.

"What happened to 'we'll be back in ten'? Did you mean ten hours?"

Tzuyu and I exchanged looks. "Sorry," we apologized quietly.

Momo, Mina, and Nayeon left, leaving their upset leader. Jihyo massaged her temples before looking up at them again. "Where were you?"

I glanced at Tzuyu, who gave me wide eyes. She's never told anybody before, and I'm not sure being pressured would help.

"I'm sorry, Jihyo," I apologized. "I can't tell you."

She momentarily looked upset before sighing and walking away. My heart hurt that I had to hurt Jihyo's feelings. It interfered with our trust for each other, and it made it ten times worse since Tzuyu had a hard time settling in. I knew there'd be tension between us the next morning.

"Thank you, Sana unnie," Tzuyu thanked as we walked towards the room the shared with the two other maknaes.

"You're welcome," I sighed. "It's your secret, you should be the one to tell it when you're ready."

Tzuyu stopped in front of her door, a cute smile on her face. Before I could even blink, she hugged and kissed my cheek before walking in the room.

My face grew hot as I walked away. Tzuyu's a cutie. A tall cutie. I'm glad to call her my friend.

With that thought, I went to the bathroom to shower away today's stress...
