Britt freezes up and doesn't respond.
Mitchie: your kidding me right Britt?
Britt: no... so what? Why does it matter?
Mitchie: because your dating the captain of the football team!! All girls want him.. Plus.. I kissed him!!
Britt: no you never did.. stop lying!!
Mitchie: Britt! Why would I lie about something like this
Britt: because I know you are! You would've told me you kissed him when it happened! You tell me literally everything starting from the birthmark that looks like a moon on your foot
Mitchie: Britt whatever! Lets just get to school
Britt: alright. Just let me get dressed knock on my door when your done
Mitchie: I have to pick a cute outfit for my first day so it will take a little
Britt: were already late so hurry up or im leaving without you
Mitchie sighs and starts looking through her clothes. Brit goes to her room real fast to change. Britt wears this cute Christmas sweater that shows off her stomach, skinny jeans and some brown boots. After she gets ready she runs downstairs and calls Mitchie down. Mitchie starts running. Shes wearing a starbucks shirt tucked into her cream shorts and some wedges and they both head for school. Its already halfway through 3rd period.
Britt: hey ill see you at lunch
Mitchie: alright ill let you know if im in any of your classes
Britt: alright sounds cool
With that Britt walks to her 3rd period class. She has the class with Ashton. Hooray.
She walks in and she sees no Ashton.. She wonders.. Maybe he decided not to come to school after all. After that class she gets up and sees him walking towards her.
Britt: so you didn't come to 3rd period why?
Ashton: just taking care of some stuff
Britt: what stuff?
Ashton: its nothing Britt
Britt: ok..
Ashton: anyway did you meet up with Mitchie?
Britt: yeah shes actually staying with me.
Ashton: oh that's cool
Britt: yeah.. I gotta go Ashton.. ill talk to you later
She walks away. That was a really awkward conversation. Hes acting pretty weird
At lunch. Britt sits with Mitchie.
Mitchie: oh my god theres his cool party this weekend I was invited to by Brendan Lemaire.
Britt: Brendan Lemaire is a junior...?
Mitchie: yes!! he said were going to an overage party!!!
Britt: I think ill pass on that
Mitchie: what why?
Britt: because its an overage party! If something happens at that party we can get in big trouble!! We are not even supposed to be there!
Mitchie: oh my gosh Britt your always a damn party pooper! Get your ass outside for once instead of hiding behind a book the whole night
Britt: well im not the one that wants to go to an overage party and possibly get in huge trouble by some cops and by my mom!
Mitchie: Britt!! Will you ever take a damn risk in life! You can bring Ashton so you can feel safe.
Britt: well..
Mitchie: you in?
Britt: you act like my mom will ever let us go
Mitchie: just tell her your at a friends house gonna sleep over and we get to sleep over at Brendans for the night
Britt: no.. no.. im not sleeping over at a guys house!!
Mitchie: fine then stay home!
Britt: I will
Mitchie: please come!!
Britt: whats in ir for me? A cop warning
Mitchie: a good time.. look Britt I know your scared but you need to get out of your shell a little. c'mon live it up.
Last time they went to a party. It was Daniel's birthday bash. He had the house to himself so most of the people ended up pregnant.
Britt just decides to cave in.
Britt: ok ok ok ok !! fine!!
Mitchie: good ! Plus its Friday night! We can stay up late and not have to worry about bum ass school
Britt: ok from what time is this party
Mitchie: 9- 3am
Britt: MITCHIE WTF!!
Mitchie: so what.. we can leave early if you want
Britt: yeah and were not staying there either were going back home!!
Mitchie: ugh whatever we can just tell your mom that your friend wasn't feeling well
Britt: shes gonna wanna know whos house we staying at
Mitchie: do you have a friend that can cover up for us
Britt: Maegan maybe..
Mitchie: ok perfect! dress revealing
Britt: no..
Later that day they get ready for the party. Britt wears a Minnie Mouse sweatshirt. Skinny jeans and some converse. Mitchie walks into her room all fancy. Shes wearing a light orange crop top with a floral skirt and some 1 inch heels.
Britt: why so fancy
Mitchie: why not.. I mean look at you
Britt: what about me?
Mitchie: your wearing a sweater to a overage party
Britt: you know we are faking to go to a slumber party .. not prom
Mitchie: yeah but she knows me already .. gotta dress perfect literally for every event
Britt rolls her eyes and looks out the window. She sees Ashtons car. Shes so not prepared for this party.
Britt: whatever .. cmon lets just go already and get this horrifying night over with
Mitchie: ok Ms cranky pants
Britt runs downstairs to the living room and sees her mom watching tv
Britt: hey mom were gonna go sleep over at a friends house tonight ok?
Britt's mom: ok girls whos house?
Britt: um.. Maegan's.
Britt's mom: Mitchie you look a little over dressed for a slumber party
Mitchie: well I always tend to look my best
Britt's mom: hey Britt just keep an eye out for her because her dad told me some pretty crazy stuff she does. Your responsible for her. If she does something really bad im grounding both of you and you wont be able to go out anywhere. Understand that?
They both nod and they head for the door and up the block to Ashton's car. Hopefully the night goes well..
