She gave little butterflies to show she cared
But the people lost them
Or accidentally killed them
So they all came back for more
Giving in she handed them out again
While telling them she only had so many
But they still insist she had plenty
So they implored for her to give just a little more
She began to give only a few
And soon completely refused
The people grabbed at her
With their greedy fingers they poked and prodded
She screamed with panic and hysteria
She backed away as they followed
She grabbed her stomach and ripped it open
The little butterflies flew out from her insides
Everyone jumped up for grabs
They were finally satisfied
Completely emptied
She she beautifully fell to the ground
With nothing left and no longer there
No one realized
She was no where to be found
