We drove along in the car. Just me, Joe, Zoe, Alfie, Ellie and Eve. A wave of anxiety swept across me but I pushed it away. I was going to have fun today.

We arrived at the theme park; immediately Alfie and Eve started pointing at rides they wanted to go on. I gulped.
"Err... I don't like spinning things so I'll just sit out on this one," I said nervously. My mind whizzed with excuses for not going on the rides.
"I'm not feeling too well, I'll just wait here..."
"I'll film you from down here."
"Why don't I hold you bags?"
"Come on Leah. Come on this one at least," Alfie took my hand and led me to a huge roller coaster.
My breathing quickened and I looked at Zoe, panic in my eyes.
"You don't seem to be enjoying this too much Leah. Why don't we go elsewhere and leave the others to have some fun?" Zoe suggested kindly, noticing the anxiety on the face.
Gently, she put her arm round my shoulder and lead me out of the park.
