Your P.O.V
You had fans visit you, always saying good show. You play beautifully.Never in your life has a sweet, cute man come up to you and tell you that you looked beautiful.
(Y/n) and beautiful...they didn't match very well.Still...you enjoyed it. You shook the thought from your head, and started to peel your dress off.
Underneath you had sweats and a bra on. You scanned the room and quickly pulled a shirt on, and packed your things.
You wished you could see that boy one more time before you left for... Well across the world. No...no it'd be better to forget about him all around. You shook your head and got in your car, driving yourself to your hotel.
Leo's P.O.V
I was dropping Calypso off at the house. I was going on a trip by myself tomorrow, and since I had to get up really early, stay at a hotel.
Secretly I was relived. Don't get me wrong I...like Calypso. She's beautiful and sweet and very caring but...I don't ever feel anything with her. We never have those montage moments that everyone wishes for.
I turned the radio on to the classical station.
"--(Y/N) (L/N) Everyone. Maybe one of her best shows yet!" The woman on the radio said. I felt a sensation in my stomach. I gripped the wheel tightly and had to remind myself to breathe.
"Here's her latest show, played in Chicago!"
I'm glad I didn't crash the car. It almost happened, and I had to wave to the old lady I almost hit. I sighed and listened to her sweet filled voice. It was like honey. Slow, but sweet. Always sticking to you. Her piano playing was marvelous. It almost hypnotized me, but I had to turn it off early because I was now at the hotel.
I thanked the valet, and grabbed my suit case heading to the elevator. I jammed my thumb on the UP button and waited for the elevator. Once it arrived, people spilled out and I slid in. I was alone. The doors were almost closed, when I heard a voice cry shrilly, "HOLD THE DOORS!"
Instinctively, I stuck my foot in front of the closing doors and they stopped. And in slid the girl with sweats and a T-shirt. She had a suitcase with her, and her hair was in a curly pony tail. "Thanks."
She breathed, tossing the hair out of her eyes. My eyes widened and my voice got caught in my throat. Once she looked up at me, and our eyes met, she had a similar reaction.
"You're....the pianist." I said quietly, my stomach lurching from the ride going up. She nodded.
"And you're the cute guy who stopped by."
My cheeks flushed at 'cute.'
"Wait...you remember me? I thought you got lots of fans...I'm guessing?"
She nodded. "Yes but, you're the only one who called me beautiful out of them."
My ears flamed as I recalled the awkward moment.
"I-I...that was an accident!" I said holding my hands out defensively.
"N-not that you're not beautiful but-" She put a finger to my lips smiling. She winked and got off on her floor, which also happened to be mine. Oh God.
I felt like I was betraying Cally some how. I felt something with this girl. My stomach whirled and my heart was in a knot. To make things even worse, I couldn't stop staring.
She also ended up being my neighbor. OH WHY IS THE WORLD CRUEL YET EPIC?!
She twiddled her fingers as she left to enter her room. I awkwardly choked and waved back, going into my room. I closed the door, and slid my back down it. My heart felt like a tiger in a cage, wanting to be set free. That was not aloud I had a girlfriend-
My thoughts were caught off by a buzz in my phone. i slipped it out of my pocket and looked at the screen.
NEW MESSAGE FROM: CALLY
I slid open the notification and frowned at the text.
Meet me at my house around 8:00? My BF is outta town.
I blinked and then my heart sunk, knowing what this meant. I texted back-
OH sorry. Wrong number, because this IS your BF. Well was.
I sent it and felt my eyes burn. I wasn't crying over this girl. I wasn't exactly gonna miss her, but...still. That was very cold hearted of her. My phone buzzed rapidly with her apologies and so on, but I locked her number.
I sighed and went out to the balcony to look out at the night time of Chicago. (Does that sentence even worK?)
I leaned on the balcony edge, the cold wind making me feel better. I closed my eyes before I heard a sad tune being played on what sounded like a violin. I looked over and saw (Y/N) playing the instrument, her eyes closed.
I closed my own eyes and listened. It was truly beautiful. She stopped suddenly, making me open my eyes. We had eye-contact for a solid three minuets before she blurted.
"Where are you headed?"
I blinked and stared until she snapped.
"O-oh um...London."
Her face brightened up and she jumped a little.
"Me too! Why are you going?!"
"Oh, mm business."
"What do you do?"
"Oh...I'm supposed to be playing the base for someone in orchestra there."
"No freaking way." She said shaking her head. "Leo Valdez?" She questioned. I looked shocked but nodded.
"H-how did you know that?"
"Because you're playing base for me." She said smirking.
