(Idk why this part didn't publish in the last chapter but it didn't so here it is. Continued.)

She twiddled her fingers as she left to enter her room. I awkwardly choked and waved back, going into my room. I closed the door, and slid my back down it. My heart felt like a tiger in a cage, wanting to be set free. That was not aloud I had a girlfriend-

My thoughts were caught off by a buzz in my phone. i slipped it out of my pocket and looked at the screen.

NEW MESSAGE FROM: CALLY

I slid open the notification and frowned at the text.

Meet me at my house around 8:00? My BF is outta town.

I blinked and then my heart sunk, knowing what this meant. I texted back-

OH sorry. Wrong number, because this IS your BF. Well was.

I sent it and felt my eyes burn. I wasn't crying over this girl. I wasn't exactly gonna miss her, but...still. That was very cold hearted of her. My phone buzzed rapidly with her apologies and so on, but I locked her number.

I sighed and went out to the balcony to look out at the night time of Chicago. (Does that sentence even worK?)

I leaned on the balcony edge, the cold wind making me feel better. I closed my eyes before I heard a sad tune being played on what sounded like a violin. I looked over and saw (Y/N) playing the instrument, her eyes closed.

I closed my own eyes and listened. It was truly beautiful. She stopped suddenly, making me open my eyes. We had eye-contact for a solid three minuets before she blurted.

"Where are you headed?"

I blinked and stared until she snapped.

"O-oh um...London."

Her face brightened up and she jumped a little.

"Me too! Why are you going?!"

"Oh, mm business."

"What do you do?"

"Oh...I'm supposed to be playing the base for someone in orchestra there."

"No freaking way." She said shaking her head. "Leo Valdez?" She questioned. I looked shocked but nodded.

"H-how did you know that?"

"Because you're playing base for me." She said smirking.
