Cameron Dallas changed me

fourteen.

Lydia POV

"Babe? baby girl? Hey, i'm bored wake up!" says Cameron. My eyes flutter open while i try to put on a smile to not look so tried. I noticed he had moved to the back with me and Nash is driving, I got up from the position i fell asleep in and took off my seat belt. I moved around and took off one shoe with the other,  I grabbed both of Cam's arms and wrapped myself up. 

"what? What did you wake me up for?" I say playfully. With a quick response from Nash in the front I hear  "Both of us are bored. So tell us something." I laugh causing me to snort, then i hear the boys start laughing. " oh babe, just tell us something from your past. Doesn't matter what." Cameron says.

"Well i guess." i sigh

- FLASHBACK-

"So it was the first day on high school and i didn't know exactly where i was going so i just wander the halls and ended up finding the gym. I thought to myself everywhere their is a gym there must be a balcony. So i went up and found the balcony, i opened the door and went inside closing the door behind me so the clang of the door wouldn't echo from the empty gym. i went to take a seat and just took out my notebook that i usually write down all my thoughts and lyrics i come up with. I felt lonely so i just began to draw. i didnt know what i was drawing so i let my heart talk control. a shape was forming to i turned it into a person. i made it look like me, then i drew a small group of people a distance away from me. I started shading the drawing of the one person alone, I wasn't sad but I wasn't happy. I didn't know what I felt. I just sat there, looked around and for some reason I screamed. It echo, and I laughed but then i heard the door open which cause me to quickly react by grabbing all my backpack and hide behind something. ANYTHING at this point, i thought in my head i dont want to be seen as some lonely girl just in a gym. i noticed i forgot my notebook, i was hoping whoever came inside would just leave right away without noticing anything. I seen some boys walk in, i was nervous and tried to just stand in one spot and not make any noise. Though i was curious and wanted to know who was there so i peaked my head up. There I saw 1 boy sitting and holding my notebook while the 3 other hovering over him also looking at my notebook. 

" Dude cam, whoever book this is we should give it back to her" Says a boy with bright blue eye color with a freckles on his face. " No waay, we should read it first, maybe keep it and see if this girl comes for it. maybe she's hot!" Says another boy with a white bandana and a tie dye muscle tee on. "could we just leave i dont want to get in trouble, we already got in trouble and its the first day." says some other boy with a snapback  hat on, he had some glasses on but i knew they weren't real. i tried to take a closer look but ended up falling down, my bag dropped which cause i huge noise. all boys got up and walked towards me. the one with the book stayed behind and kept looking at my notebook. i grabbed my bag and got up, i cleaned myself off and looked up at all the boys around me, i noticed the faces when they got closer. Carter Reynolds, Taylor Caniff, Nash Grier, and still not knowing who but the boy with my notebook walked right over to me and just looked at me. It was dead silence and it wasn't until Taylor broke the silence. "So, baby? you look fine asf and you got a nice body, what does it take for a guy like me to get at that?" He asks with a smirk. i just looked at him with a look like you would give someone that's like wtf did you just say?! The boys all yelled at him and i just stood there. "Sorry, what i meant to say is that Are you single?" he says. I reply by saying "yes i am, but i don't think my fine self would ever go out with you so no i don't think a guy like yourself would be able to get at my nice body" I say with a smirk winking at him. " OOOOO SHOTS FIRED!!!!!!" Nash says. " DAAAAAAAMN THIS GIRL JUST  GAVE YOU A FAT L!" says Carter, Cameron just sets Taylor down and says, " BOY TAKE MY WATER SHE WAS SPITTING FLAMES UP ON YOU! NAH SCREW THAT WE TAKING YOU TO CHRUCH TO GET SOME HOLY WATER FOR YOU!" all the boys just laugh and  smile, Taylor is in shock and just sits down with no reply. " well is this your notebook?" Cam asks holding out the notebook in front of me. i hesitate and say "y-yeah, it is." right when i was about to take it back i see Taylor get back up and say " Well if it is prove it! Say something or describe a picture and then you'll get it back" I was shocked but i nodded. Off the top of my head i opened my mouth and said " Well on one of the pages their is a picture of a girl all by herself looking down and there is a lot of shading around her, and a distance away there is a small group of people and they seem happy. The whole drawing just shows how easily it takes for someone to feel bad and it isn't cause by anyone just that one feeling hurts so badly all you can do is just stay away from everyone as much as possible so you don't have to get hurt by anyone." i notice i was looking down and the boys were all looking at me and they had this look on their faces that they knew that notebook was mine so Nash just got the book from Taylor and walked towards me and gave my a big hug, i just stood their still looking down the hug was for a good moment and Nash pulled away. Cameron got my bag and Nash threw the notebook at him then Cam put it in my bag. I still didn't look up, i still stood there. it was silent, "look im really sorry, i didn't know you would break down like that. I'm always acting like an ass but i didn't mean to with you. i have to go but i will give you my number, maybe you can just take your anger out on me or whenever you need anyone to talk to it'll be me." Taylor says as he writes down his number on my arm, noticing my scars from previous cuts when my bipolar mood struck hard on me. he rubs my arm and hugs me tightly then leaves the balcony. I look up and just notice how i've been acting and just put on a fake smile. Carter, Cameron, And Nash are still here so i just look at them. " well yea i would say and skip class but i do need to go, the other boys are looking for us. maybe we can hang at lunch." Says Nash he does the same as taylor did when he left. Wrote his number on my arm and hugged, Carter left by just hugging and writing his number on my other arm and leaves. Now it was just me and Cameron, I started to talk by saying " hey well i got to go but im sorry you had to experience one of my mood swings. I'll just go now, thanks for my bag and notebook though." i walk away and just as i was going to open the door i felt Cameron's hand tugging on my wrist. He took out his phone and gave it to me, i put in my number and Put my contact name as Lydia but as soon as i gave him his phone he laughed and i seen him change it to Baby Girl. i laughed and i gave him my phone, he put in his number and put it as Cameron. i looked up and he winked at me, i laughed at changed it to Cam with a couple of emojis. he hugged my and he says " want me to walk you to class?" i nod and we walk, his arm is around me and i just put my head on him. We stopped at my class and i thanked him he hugged me once again and winked at me waving goodbye. Before i walked in i got a noticed my phone ring so i turned off the ringer and looked at the text, it was Cam. i smiled but didn't read it, i walked in class and sat in the back corner and glared at the window. "

-END OF FLASHBACK-

" and thats how our friendship began. Bored now?" i ask both boys with a smile. "no but now we should go to a motel to sleep for a while then hit the road when there's no traffic unless you wanna drive." Nash says.

 Cameron gives nash directions and we exit off the freeway go into the nearest motel and we get one room, i sleep with cam and nash sleeps with his bear. I walk into the bathroom and take off  my pants and bra. i put on Cameron sweater, and put my hair in a bun. i throw on my elite socks that are black and white and put on some pj shorts. i walk out and the boys just have there shirts off. Nash is already in bed with his phone, i notice he is on snap chat and i take a selfie with him and he puts it on his story and sends it to the boys. ( Taylor, Hayes, Carter, Aaron, Cam, Matt, Jack G, and Jack J ) i get my phone and take a selfie with nash and caption it " Night Bear! " then i send to him and put it on my story also sending to all boys. i walk over to my bed with Cam and his shirt is off all he has on is his boxers. i get in the blankets and he wraps his arms on my waist. still having my phone in my hand we take a couple of selfies then i post one on snap chat. i go on twitter and tag his saying " night hubby, thanks for the past couple of days. love ya ;)" i turned off my phone and set it down. Cam whispers in my ear, " love ya baby girl." and kisses me on the neck. i reply with a " love you too babe, night." then i got his hands and held them tightly and he wrapped his arms tighter shift me go closer to him. My eyes shut and i fall asleep with a smile.
