"Rodney you bitch..just know that ass ain't getting off easy." I watched as Travis threw his phone.

"Man it's too much shit goin' on right na' ion know If my black ass can go any longer." I ran my finger tips through my hair.

During Lani's little episode, Rodney slick ass managed to sneak by. I could care fucking less. His bitch ass was the least of my worries.

"Chill, ight yo you've been through shit. It's okay to wanna feel like you can't do it. But it's one thing to not do it. You got two lives comin' into this world Yung." Trav grabbed my shoulder.

"It's like a nigga can't even cry no more. My eyes dry as my last bitch pussy." I joked to try to sooth my emotions.

"DOCTORS ROOM 654 seventh floor. DOCTORS ROOM 654 seventh floor!" The lady practically yelled over the intercom.

I looked and seen a few doctors rushing towards what a nigga was guessing room 645.

"Aug it's Kayden, come on!" I heard Cha yell as I was walking out of the waiting area.

"Fuck you mean it's Kayden what happened."

"No time for the shits Aug get ya ass up and let's go."

I walked into the room still wondering what happened to my lil munchkin.

"She fainted." The doctor stayed.

I looked at the doctor. "Fainted. What caused it?"

"Dehydrated. She doesn't have enough water in her system. Whatever her diet is at home she'll have to switch it up. Or the worse could happen."

I looked over at Cha while she rubbed Kaydens head as she slept.

"I told ha' bout all those sweets." I shook my head. "Anything else we should know ?" I questioned.

'Not at the moment. But we will have to keep her here for a few days just to make sure we hydrate her back to where she needs to be."

It got quiet for a second.

"AUG LANIS ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH!" Nicki ran in.

I quickly walked over to Kaydens side of her hospital bed and whispered in her ear. "Unk love you baby. Get ya plenty of rest." I kissed her head. I felt her grab my hand.

"Name it Kayden!" She gave me a weak smile.

"Get some rest baby."  I left her room and quickly followed behind Nicki to Lani's room.

"GET IT OUT!" I heard her scream from the end of the hallway. I ran to the room and walked in.

"Ah shit." I felt weak. "Da hell?" I ain't Finna flex like a nigga ain't get light headed cause I did.

"Aug suck it up!" Nicki said before handing me some gear to wear. "You gotta put this on."

I slid on my slacks and put the thick blue cloth over my shoes. And took a deep breath and walked over to Lani.

"You're doing great bae! Just relax and push." The sight I just pictured was still running through my head.

"I see the head !" I heard the doctors yell. "Dad" The doctors kept saying. I was still at a shock.

"Dad!" They continued to say.

"Aug nigga that's you!" Nicki laughed.

"I'm cool! I seen enough." I laughed. I wanted to see the full birth of my kids. So I avoided seeing the scene i seen moments before. "Ima keep directing my girl." I watched as the clipped the umbilical cord.

I heard my baby girl cry. It was the most beautiful sound a nigga could hear. It was like a melody I wanted to hear over and over again.

"That's one baby one mo' just concentrate ya' hea' me?" She shook her head. "You look so beautiful. I really wouldn't trade it for the world. " I kissed her head. I was so caught up on making sure Lani was relaxed a few doctors rushed in.

"Get some tubes now!!" The head doctor yelled.

"What y'all need tubes fa'" I quickly questioned.

"Your child is upside down. The umbilical cord is around her neck. We're gonna have to have to ask everyone to clear the room."

"I ain't leaving! Fuck that. I refuse to." They seen that I wasn't nudging. They continued with the process of saving my baby girl.

Moments listed the doctors did a sigh of relief. "TAKE HER TO THE 8th floor."

A doctor walked over to me. "Mr. Alsina we have to run a few test on your daughter to make sure nothing is damaged."

"Aug!!" Lani screamed.
