Not once did I think Lani told me it all. And that's the shit that's pissing me off. Just tell me the truth that's all I ask of her. Is that too much?

"Aug! " I was snapped out of my thoughts.

"What's up mama ?" I questioned her.

"Well for one babe we need new clothes for the girls. Megan is growing and well Morgan is trying to."

I reached for Morgan who was currently learning to sit on her own.

"Look at daddy baby her so cute!" I cooed at her.

I slightly raised her in the air and listened to her light giggles. Mocking an air plane she laughed harder.

"Vroooooooooroooo claaaaaavroooooo"

"Aug ya engine broke?"

I gave Lani the side eye. "Nah dats a jet Fa ya ass" I laughed. "She only gon fly in the best"m

"Well babe it needs a oil change." She laughed.

Kehlani

After we feed the kids we laid them down for their nap. Lord knows they need them. Megan gets cranky during the mid day so she for sure needs her nap. And of corse Morgan does nothing with our Megan which to me is an amazing thing.

"Baby!" I heard Aug semi yell from the kitchen as he put up the dishes.

"Boy if you don't keep it down. And they just went to sleep." I rolled my eyes playfully.

"It ain't like I'm getting any ahlllahhhlauuhbababadas a dooo I booo yeah yeahhhh"

"I can't with you. But wassup babe?" I laughed.

"You never told me about your siblings." He said putting away the dishes headed towards me in the living room.

"Umm my siblings." I questioned.

"I mean yea...you know bout Trav and Mel. Cha basically my kinfolk. So about yours. I noticed since I meet you, you've never taken that necklace off." He pointed at my neck.

I looked down at the necklace my dad had given me of my sisters name. He's asking....this gets me a little emotional. He's my fiancé so I have to tell him.

"Her name was Leilani." Feeling that lumpy feel in my throat I swallowed it.

"Leilani. So you're a?"

"Yea I'm a twin." I slowly answered.

I knew he knew that I was feeling some type of way. He gently rubbed my back. "You don't have to finish if you don't want to love."

"But I do. It's just so much I have to tell you but it's all confusing to me."

"Trust me. Love take ya time mama. I'm here. Always gone be here."

It took me a while. But I figured talk now no worries later.

"Leilani was her name. I've never met her but....I've spoken to her. As crazy as it sounds it's true. We was conjoined at birth. The doctors could only save one. And that one so happened to be me." I got quiet.

"How'd you talk to her."

I looked up at him. "Remember when I told you bout my dad."

"Yea" Still rubbing my back to soothe me I continued to talk.

"Well he was how I talked to her. And when he did let me talk to her. I told you he was diagnosed with claircognizance. He didn't tell me about her till I was 5. He was having conversations with her when I walked in. I was creeping. " I laughed. "But he was always quiet to me never said more than 2 sentences. But to her that day he was going on and on. Finally he told me to come in and he held my arm. That was my first and last conversation with her."

I could tell he wanted to know more. "What she say?"

I had a feeling he was about to ask this. "Well...."

"Well what ? We got this far." Removing his hand from my back.

"She told me about you." It suddenly got quiet.

"What you mean she told you about me ?" His eyes got big. "What she say ?"

"She was telling me about a man named August Alsina which is you and your situation. "

"So you mean to tell me my life was already planned ?"

"I guess. But for sure I know my sister had to have some type of connections with what my dad has. I remember the doctor saying  Claircognizance was contagious and who ever has it can show or tell anything beyond measures. But the condition would be passed to their offspring. So I'm guessing it skipped me and went to my sister. But she didn't make it to live that life and now our daughter has traces of it."

"Man this like a move babe I swear." He put his face in his hands. "It's like she lead you to me. That's Love! "

"So in some ways I feel like Megan , is the both of them It's like their Megan's little angels, looking over her"

"See talking gets us a step closer." He pecked my lips.

"I love you." I mumbled.

"And baby I love you so much more." He whispered.

I felt better after taking to Aug it felt like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. The fact that I truthfully know that I can talk to him about anything makes the love I have for him even stronger.
