Freya is a fifteen year old girl who lives in the outskirts of Torquay, she's doesn't socialise like she used to as a couple of months ago her father had been diagnosed with lung cancer, her mother had left their family and is now somewhere no one knows and Freya doesn't know if she'll ever get her first boyfriend but that all changes when her mum's back in Torquay offering some unexpected help, Freya feels useless once her mum's back and confides in someone she'd never expected to be with.
