We made our way back to the pack and I saw Clyde perk up. When we opened the door Adam came running towards us. I though he was running to me, but it turns out he was running to Clyde. Adam hugged him. More like squeezed the live out of Clyde. "Mate!" the both screamed. Everyone in the Midnight Peek Pack was shocked. In my pack everyone knew that Adam was gay. "And you were jealous of him," I whispered to Brendon. He threw back a playful glare. I then realized that this was going to be my mate I was going to spend my life with. I couldn't wait.
It's been a few weeks of Bethany and I 'dating'. I don't know what we are. I've been thinking about it for the past few days. Anyways I'm not the only one acting weird. Bethany has been all angry and flustered lately[a/n: *wink * wink *nudge *nudge] I can't keep up. I walked down to the kitchen to see my dad, Dayana, and Conner. But no Bethany. "Hey guys, have you seen Bethany?" I asked. They nod their heads no. I start to get worried. What if she got kidnapped again?!
I run out of the kitchen to check all the rooms. The last place I checked was the living room and I see her and Adam talking by the bookcases. "At least she's safe." My wolf Trent said. "...And everyone in the pack is fine. They miss their Luna and so do I." "Aw...Adam. That's so sweet. Did you miss me when you were having a party?!" "What...How..How did you find out?! Was it Tyler? I swear!" "Adam, it's on Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook. Remember I follow everyone in the pack." "Oh.. my bad".
I let a chuckle slip out and the realize I am the doorway. "Oh...Hey Brendon. Sorry you had to hear me yell. I was discussing the childish behavior that has occurred. Did you need anything?" Bethany said. I totally forgot what I came to do. "Oh..um..I wa-was wondering i-if you want to merge packs si-since you are the L-Luna and soon to be Luna to this p-pack." I stuttered as she giggled at my embarrassing blush. I bet I look all red. I couldn't embarrass myself anymore.
Bethany
I giggle from the adorable blush my mate had on his face. He also stuttered, which made me giggle more. Than I realized what he said. He wanted to merge packs. It kind of made sense since we are dating. I think. I don't know what we are. I was totally fine with the idea but what about the Beta position? Who would take it Adam or their future Beta? "I fine with that," I responded. "..but what about Beta?" He seemed confused about what I said. "You know, who's going to take the Beta position." He suddenly realized what I was talking about. "Oh. We don't have a future Beta, since our current one is retiring. Also, he has no kids. So Adam, could take the position, it doesn't matter to me. He seems like a great Beta to have." He said. I heard Adam squealing with excitement. "Yes, I'm gonna be the Beta! I'm gonna be the Beta!" Adam cheered. Both Brendon and I chuckled at he's childlike behavior.
When the laughing dyed down, Brendon cleared his throat. "Also, I have to talk to you about something Bethany. Alone." Adam realized this was he's queue to leave. After Adam left, Brendon took his spot next to Bethany. "What did you want to talk about?" I asked. He seemed very nervous. I was wanting to talk to him about the whole 'are we, are we not dating' thing. "Well...I thinking. Are we dating? I know we're mates, but does that classify as us dating? I want to it's just I didn't know if we we're or not." I let out a breathe of relief. "I think we are. I was going to ask you the same thing." "Well,then it's settled. Will you, Bethany Charter [a/n: in case you didn't know Bethany's last name is Charter. sorry if it is something else in a old chapter.] go on a date with me?" "Of course. So, how about we go on a date Friday and then we can merge and packs on Sunday?" I said. "Sounds nice also do want to be Luna of the pack. 'Cause we can crown you Luna on the same day. "Perfect."
We both went to tell my father the news about the Luna ceremony and merging the packs. "Well, you guys already mated congrats." Dad said. I forgot. We are supposed to mate first. We got to caught up in the conversation we forgot about mating. When my dad said that both Bethany and I blushed so red we looked like cherries. "Oh, you guys didn't mate yet. Fine you mate the day before the ceremony." I nodded my head and we both left his office. Still with blushes on our faces we went to the kitchen. Dayana and Conner were still on the couch cuddling. "Hey guys we were thinking we should go clubbing. I know this club that's really good." Dayana said. I looked to Bethany to see if it was okay with her and she responded with that smile I love so much. "Yeah. Let's go." I said.
"Yeah. Let's go." Brendon said. I knew I couldn't go with the sweatpants and t-shirt I was wearing. "Beth and I are going to change. See ya!" Dayana said grabbing my arm dragging to my room. She starts looking through my closets, throwing clothes everywhere. And I mean everywhere. "Dayana, what are you looking for?" "An outfit for you silly." she responds and continues to ruin my closet. She picks out a black crop top with a pair of high waisted shorts. She also pulls out a pair of high black pumps. I didn't even know I had this stuff. "Here wear this," she says handing me the outfit. I walk to the bathroom to get changed.

I walked out the bathroom to see Dayana already dressed and curling her hair. "Hey, you look hot," "Right back at ya," we both laugh at ourselves and get ready to meet the boys.
Brendon
Conner and I were waiting for the girls when we hear laughter in the hallway. I looked up to see Bethany and Dayana coming down the stairs. I nudge Conner to look up and has the same expression as me. Bethany looked so beautiful and sexy, I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. "Brendon close your mouth, you'll catch flies." Bethany said very seductively. I was speechless. I couldn't stop staring. "Like what you see Brendon?" she teased. When I finally got out of my trance we headed to the car. "Brendon, we're done for. Not only are they in those outfits. They will be dancing. They already teased us one. Who wouldn't be surprised if they did it again?" When I realized what Conner said I was not prepared for the night. If we go clubbing, I'll never make it out alive.
