Chaos Comes with Discord

Waking up in a fluffy bed is the best part in the morning in my opinion. Sure, it wasn't as comfortable as the one in Canterlot, but it is rather nice. The first night in my new house was peaceful, but save the brief breakdown I had for being homesick.

I looked outside the window to see the shining sunlight, which Celestia rose moments ago. Sighing, I jumped out of bed to get ready for the day to come, for which I had to meet with the girls for a picnic in a few hours.

After brushing my maroon mane, styling it in a side ponytail, and then performed hygiene requirements, I looked at myself in the mirror. My face was unreadable as I thought about the decision. Yes, I know I've been thinking about it as a bad thing but there are good effects to it if I told him. For example, I will be with my favorite character and work along side with him. I admire Discord's chaotic personality and his lack of making sense, which I find very humorous. Plus the fact that I secretly have...well I wouldn't say 'romantic' feelings for him, but it's in that spectrum.

"One more day." I muttered before heading downstairs to grab something light to eat.

"Darling, we need to make an appointment for a spa day. Fluttershy and I go there every week. We would love it for you to accompany us, Autumn. Isn't that right, Fluttershy?" Rarity exclaimed while setting up fancy plates around the picnic blanket with her magic.

"Oh yes, that would be wonderful! I've been needing to take a little break from the animals." Fluttershy said in the soft voice of hers.

"That sounds amazing! Of course I'd like to go with you girls."

The blanket was now laid out with many different kinds of foods: sandwiches, fruit, cupcakes, etc.

"How often do you guys plan picnics?" I asked curiously.

"Well, I want to do it all of the time. But we usually do it once or twice a week. And it depends if we want to either have a party or a picnic." Piped Pinkie Pie then shoved a green cupcake into her mouth.

"Really? Wow, I used to have picnics in my world but not as much as-"

Just then Rainbow Dash gasped and held one of my wings. I squeaked and turned my head towards her in confusion.

"Rainbow, what are you-?"

"How did I not notice before? You have wings!" The multi-colored haired mare interrupted.

"Well, yeah I've always had wings ever since I arrived in Equestria."

"We need to race right now!" Rainbow Dash gasped and flew up showing off her muscles. "I don't wanna brag, but, I'm the best flyer in Ponyville."

Applejack rolled her eyes and sighed. "Yes Rainbow Dash, we all know."

Rainbow just shrugged and looked at me expectedly. "So, are you up for it or not?"

I paused and looked at my wings then back at the cyan pegasus. "Well...you see. I can't really. I mean I don't really...know how to fly." I awkwardly said and grinned sheepishly.

Rainbow's mouth was agape. "And you were here for how long?!"

A stick was magically raised and hit the head of Rainbow Dash.

"Hey! Twilight, what was that for?"

"Don't be such a brute, Rainbow Dash. It just takes time to learn how to fly." Twilight scolded.

"Like you would know." Rainbow muttered.

'If only they knew.' I giggled in my head. That reminded me of Twilight's struggles to even get off the ground with her new wings. But, they will all find out later.
