Just kidding! But seriously, this used to be a sketch from way back when so I decided to finish it.
For those who can't read what the writing in the corner says:
*gills
*fins to swim
*can manipulate water to an extent
*females generally have short hair
*most mekros is are 5'11 or 180 cm.
This is a mekros, a creature part of a story that has been sitting in my drafts for so damn long. They were supposed to live in the sea but they can live in kit about any area with water, as long as it is not a river. The body of water has to be plenty deep too, and large.
They don't wear clothes because they've got scales. Literally. They're plenty covered by their own skin.
