Present day...

A twelve year old Seto dodges down the streets filled with humans It dark and cloudy, with only the faint shine of the blocked moonto light the path for the boy.

"I'm late, I'm so late," he kept saying to himself as he ran, earning some angry glances.

He holds a book tightly, and swiftly pulls the door to a small building open.

He quietly tip toes through the halls, hoping no one notices his entry.

"Looks like we got a late one," says a voice.

He turns around to see Ms. Edwards, tapping her foot. "You where supposed to be in by 7:30, it's eight. The other children are eating dinner right now. But since you have little regard for a schedule we maintain, you may not have supper tonight Seto. Do you understand?" The shrew says.

He turns around. "Yes mam."

"And boy, take that hood off, you already look like a thief as is. But judging by that book, you probably are." She turns to walk away but Seto, isn't a fan of being accused for crimes.

"I didn't steal it, I got it at the library," he says through clenched teeth.

She stops and turns around. "And what are you doing there boy? A proper young man you're age should be playing with swords and practicing bows, not filling their head with pointless fairytales." She pulls the hood off his head and exposes his messy brown hair, wrapped in a white bandana. And she walks off to join the others for supper.

Eh, he didn't want that "food" anyway.

He walks up to the room where they all sleep. Basically, it's a small wood room with rickety bunks and a nightstand everyone and then, covered in dust.

He climbs to the top bunk, which is his, takes off his purple sweatshirt and bandana, causing the rest of his bangs to fall in his face. He decides not to change into his pajamas quite yet. He grabs his pillow, and pulls out a small book and and a quill.

-Ah yes, another day in living hell. Well, needless to say that my trip to the library was quite pleasant and I indeed did find a pleasant book entitled "Through Hades' Hall." But, I did seem to return at inopportune moment, causing me to miss dinner. But who can stomach that crap.

Mrs. Ezelle is still working at the library, so I guess that's good. Well, that's all I seem to have at the moment.-

Seto tucks the book and quill away once more and climbs down the bunk, hearing the others return from downstairs.

He walks over to his chest and pulls out some black pajama pants and a purple t-shirt, walking to a more private area to go change.

On his way, he trips, just barley catching himself, but in the process drops his items.

He hears a smug laugh, coming from a boy named FailSing.

"Hey watch where your going!" FailSing says to Seto, who is trying to collect the things he dropped.

"Sorry," he says quietly. Trying to quickly stand up, but is pushed back down by him.

"What did you say? Speak up!" The slightly older boy says.

"I said sorry. Now iI'll be in my way," Seto flatly says. He turns to leave but is grabbed by the back of his red shirt.

"Listen boy, when I ask for an apology, I expect respect. Tomorrow we are getting our weakly two emeralds, I expect yours."

"Why should I give them to you?" Seto asks.

"So you don't wake up missing a arm and in Tekkit," he says, pushing Seto away.

The minecrafter glares at the boy in red, and proceeds to where he was on his way to in the first place.
