Seto closes his book. He checks the clock to see it that it is five o'clock. Hmm... it's Sunday so the library is closed. Seto decides just to go around town for a little. Maybe someone is selling a brewing stand for cheap.
He pulls on his hoodie and puts his emeralds into his pocket. And with that the walks down the rickety wood stairs to town.
He walks down the slippery cobbles, ambling through the scenery. Seto quite likes the rain. It always felt nice to him.
He continues walking until he sees the small wood and cobble buildings.
The village was bustling. Many sails men selling swords and arrows, fortune tellers telling false futures, and people simply being happy. Seto smiles. He loves to see people happy.
He walks into the large village happily, hoping to spot a brewing stand for cheep.
He finds the store he is looking for. Dragon's Feather. It's run by a dragon hybrid named Deceptibonk. He happily opened the door.
"Hello, welcome to Dragon's Feather," she says with some sorta of accent. She looks up from the newspaper and at the twelve year old. "Oh, hi! I'm Bonkers. Are ya lookin for something?" She asks, smiling which exposes her glowing blue tongue.
"How much are brewing stands?" He asks.
She looks a little confused. "Brewing stands? Why ya lookin for one of them?"
Seto replies, "to learn to make potions. Sorcery interest me, so I wanna come as close as possible and learn to brew!" He says with a enthusiastic smile.
She smiles with her sharp teeth. "Oi, finally a young lad who doesn't want to fight creepers all day. I like you boy. What be your name?"
"Seto."
She holds out a blue clawed hand. "Nice to meet you." Seto shakes her hand.
She stands up. "I think I have a stand you can have for cheap boy. One second." She unfurls her large blue, red, and black wings and flys up to the top of the very tall shelfs that go four stories high with no stair case.
She hovers there got a moment, her red eyes scanning the shelves. Finally, she finds what she is searching for. She swiftly descends.
"Here. It's a older model, but it should work fine. I'll give you a couple glass bottles and a few thing to start making potions with for free," the Imp woman passes him a cardboard box with the stand, bottles, and materials. "I hate to charge ya, but I have to or the boss will get me. The least I can charge is twelve. Is that ok?" Seto brought sixteen. Perfect.
"Yeah that great!" He says happily, handing her the emeralds.
She smiles. "Hey save those other emeralds. Once you master this there's a odd potion that I recommend attempting. But it's so hard to make, I couldn't. Good luck!" She says as Seto waves and leaves.
He walks back, through the now pouring rain. He lightly sprints past buildings when he's grabbed and his mouth is covered.
