Misty’s POV:-
Bright rays of sun falls on Misty’s face and she opens her eyes.
“OMG…..where am I???? It’s not my room…oohh my head is aching” She holds her head with her small palms.
“How are you feeling now?” Nurse asked me and gave some painkillers.
“What happened to me??? How I reached here?” I asked with confused expression.
“Ohhoo….poor girl…you got faint and your father took you here. I must say,your father loves you so much. You know what, the whole night he was beside you without blinking his eyes even for a second. He was very worried about you.”
“What???Dad was here beside me? It’s unbelievable” I thought to myself
I requested her to send him inside.
“How are you Soni...sorry Misty beta
( child )???” I was shocked to see Mr. Sehgal in my room.That nurse must have misunderstood him but s... she said that he took care of me like her own daughter. “Ooohhhhhh….my head is spinning. I don’t know what’s going on here.”
“Sir, thank you so much for helping me at the time of need and sorry I
created a lot of trouble for you. Did you call my mausi? She must be
worrying about me. Now m feeling gud.” I lied to him. My head was aching and I was starving as I
didn’t eat anything since the last day.
“It’s ok Misty….. Yes I informed them. They were here yesterday and went back in morning to bring some food and your clothes.” “I got scared. It felt like I will lose you again.”

After a long pause, He said in a deep
voice....Concern clearly seemed in
his words.
“I want to share something to you……..about Soni...” He told me the whole story of Soni and about her accident. “When I saw you lying down on the floor and blood was draining from your head…….I saw my soni in you.
"How could I lose my soni again.”
“I can understand your pain sir, I also lost my parents in a car accident
and my mama and maami adopted me” I said with watery eyes.
“May I request you something?” He said hesitantly and I just nodded in a

“Would you be my soni. Your
appearance helped me in healing my raw wounds.” He said in a single breath.
