Sting sighed for the upteenth time. They had to keep re-doing the scene of Minerva hugging Sting as he trained to defeat the man that wanted Minerva. Lucy sighed as well, she didn't seem pleased at all with their acting.
To her, it just didn't seem right. She felt like they were able to do much better--but they're not. A burning sensation in Lucy's stomach, her stomach twisted as she kept seeing their hug scene. It was because of their poor acting. Or is she just mistakened it with something else? No. Of course not. Right?
"Guys, I don't think this'll work out. I think we need a break," Lucy stood up. "May we?" She turned her head to the director, he nodded in agreement. Whilst looking through the script. "Fifteen. Fifteen minutes. Go." She told everyone. The whole crew let out a sigh. Sting and Minerva was irritated, both at Lucy.
"Minerva, give me a sec." Sting said, after taking off his yukata and dressing up in a white v-neck and his dark-washed jeans. He saw Lucy walk into an office, as weird as it sounded--he followed her into the office. Standing by the wall, hearing her hum a tune. I feel and look like a stalker . Wonderful. He took a deep breath and went into the room. The blonde woman turned around.
"Sting," She said, acknowledging him. She leaned against desk. "Can I help you?" She crossed her arms. Giving Sting a once-over. The man closed the door behind him.
"Yes, you can help me," He walked towards her. "Tell me why we have to keep re-doing that stupid scene." He said. Holding in his anger; he was too tired. Too tired of repeating the same scene over and over again. In his eyes--everything that they did was perfect. But to Lucy, it was the complete opposite. Their acting seemed lazy and no effort nor emotions.
"I think you already know the answer to that, Eucliffe. You just don't want to accept it." She looked at him, her stares were like monotone. No emotion or anything. She could compare it to Sting's acting.
"You're trying my patience, Lucy," He gritted is teeth.
"Aren't I always? I do it without even meaning to," She got off the desk. "Over the six years--you've just lost your patience, or I just haven't really noticed it before," She paused. "But, let's not go back to the past--what else do you need?"
"I need to ask you why we have to repeat the same scene over and over again." Sting said, venom leaked as he said every word.
"Do you really want to know? It may hurt your feelings, but I couldn't care less,"
"Just tell me already."
"Fine. It's just as I said earlier. The acting was an eye sore! It looked so dull! What happened to 'emotions'? 'Effort'? Is there none left?"
"Ohh. . . Now I see," Sting raised a brow, a sudden thought came to mind. "You're jealous."
"Pardon? How did you conclude that I'm jealous?"
"Because you're jealous that Minerva kept hugging me, aren't you? You still have feelings for me," The glint in his eyes showed such arrogance and maybe. . . relief?
What the fuck am I even thinking? Lucy chuckled mentally. She pursed her lips--what in the world was Sting thinking? How would she be jealous of the two? I have no business with their love life. My only business with them is with their awful acting. "Don't be a cock, Sting. I know if I feel jealousy towards you two, and I know that I don't. So, shut up. Now, leave." Lucy pointed towards the door.
"Not until you tell me another thing: Are you really 'Lumen Histoire'? 'L.H'?"
"Yeah, duh. It's obvious. 'L.H'--'Lucy Heartfilia' and 'Lumen Histoire'. You're smart you should've gotten that,"
"Yeah, well. My mind's been occupied. And why is it in the book--the two protagonists blonde? The natural hair color of ancient Fiore is black." Sting inquired. Lucy's eyes widened. Her head turned to him, stiffening. "Why didn't you let the actress be blonde? Just like in the book?" Lucy pursed her lips. She slightly became pink.
"P-Please. . leave now. I have to look through the script. . ," Lucy muttered.
"Tell me." Sting pressed.
"It's my book. I'm not tellin' ya." Lucy bit back. Their foreheads looked like they were going to clash. Both of their fists all balled up.
"Well, you're not a very good author, not basing it off REAL Fiore history," Sting grunted. Lucy inhaled, bringing her hand to slap him, but Sting's hand caught hers. "If I knew it was you, I would never agree to this movie nor read any of your books. This book is actually horrible!" Sting seethed.
"Shut your mouth, Sting!" Lucy bursted. Her patience has already ran out when Sting said the book was horrible. Sting's hand was still holding onto her wrist. Lucy took a step forward, but Sting didn't move an inch. "That book you just called horrible is actually the book I cherish the most! Yet, I hate how I actually added you into it!" Using her other hand, her index finger poked him in the chest. Sting furrowed his brows as she said How I actually added you into it! "That book is my dream! You and I! You, the children and I! I wanted that. But, we couldn't! So, don't you dare say that book is horrible!" Lucy shouted. Sting gritted his teeth, he was too confused.
"Now. . just leave you fucking fuck." Lucy pulled her hand away and pushed him out of the door, shutting it. She leaned against it. Slowly, her back slid down. She hugged her knees. "That fucking man-whore. . "
