"Rogue? What are you doing here?" Sting closed the door behind him.

"I'm watching over the boys," Rogue said flatly, smiling at the boys whose eyes were stuck on the television screen, and didn't even say hi to their dad because of how competitive they were with their video game.

"Uh, where's Lucy? Is Yukino with you?"

"The two went out together. I think Lucy's mad at you, Sting." Rogue mumbled the last sentence.

Sting's ears perked up at that. "What?"

"Huh?" Rogue responded, acting as if he didn't know what he said.

"Rogue, you--come outside with me." Sting grittrd his teeth and waited for his friend. Once Rogue came out, Sting ran a hand through his hair. "Okay, first, what the fuck did you say?"

"I said," Rogue rolled his eyes a bit. "Lucy might be pissed at you, dumbass."

"Secondly, how would you know."

Rogue let out a snicker. "S-Sting, are you that much of an air head?" Rogue said, stifling in his laughs. "Lucy didn't sound too happy when she called me over."

"W-What do you mean? She seems o--dammit." Sting's face met with his palm. He groaned into his hands. "Shitshitshitshit."

"Well? What's the reason, dumbass?" Rogue chuckled.

"I-I've been. . . avoiding her." Sting sighed, and leaned against the door. "It was for that. She probably thinks I'm meeting up with someone else."

"Hey," Rogue put a hand on Sting's head and patted it, jokingly. "Tomorrow night is the movie premiere, so then you can tell her everything, but you gotta keep her cool headed." he reassured his companion. Rogue's eyes averted around their surroundings, and glanced at a familiar car. "Listen, I'll take your boys so you and Lucy can fight without the kids hearing you."

Sting looked up and noticed the car backing up into the driveway. "Thanks so much, Rogue. Okayokay, you keep them calm, I'll hide and get the kids ready."

Rogue nodded as Sting ran inside to get Luke and Weiss prepared to go with Rogue and Yukino.

"Hey, Lucy, Yukino." Rogue waved coolly.

Lucy giggled. "What are you doing? Aren't you supposed to be with the kids?"

"Sting--"

"Luke, Weiss, be good to your aunt and uncle, got that?" Sting opened the door, pushing his two boys out of the house. "Be good, and take your time at your aunt's and uncle's place, okay?" The father whispered into the children's ears.

Yukino shuddered when she saw Lucy's smile turn into a dark grimace. The two blondes waved goodbye to their kids and before Sting can even come in. "L-Lucy?!" He tried to open the door, but it was locked, and Sting muttered incoherent words. "Lucy!" He started to bang the door. He groaned. Why do you have to lock me out like that Lucy. . .

Sting made his way to their background, and found their bedroom window opened. He rubbed his hands together and tried to climb using the small bumps on their house, he stuck his tongue out as he tried, after a few seconds, he reached the window and climbed inside.

After dusting himself off, he looked up and froze in his spot, beside him, on the bed was Lucy lying down, sleeping.

He sighed, and sat down on the corner of the bed, he gazed at her and smiled. "You're such a freak when you're awake." He kissed Lucy's exposed shoulder, and lied down, closing his eyes. Tired from all of that climbing.
