??? P.O.V
_______________________________________As I was being deployed into the field of battle, I managed to catch a glimpse of the once beautiful sky now stained with purple and blue. The flux from the human mages' abilities caused the already weakened dimensional barriers to crack more, allowing other dimensions to flow into ours. I was part of the Minecraftian infantry, we were the foot soldiers for the original inhabitants of the planet Minecraftia. I was fighting with our allies, the humans, a subspecies of Minecraftian which were weaker, but could reproduce easier. Because of this, their population had plenty of soldiers to give to the war and there were more from where they came from. We were going to fight the zombie pigmen and other evil creatures from the hell dimension of the Nether, which had spilled into our world and allowed the evil spirits to roam in our realm.
This was all because of a war which started between the Valkeries of the Aether and the Endermen of the End dimension. They were both ancient races with great power and the ability to dimension hop, meaning the war started in the realms of their two world's but due to their power it spread to other dimensions. Now, all of the dimensions which have beings of power in them are involved, but there are no longer sides. The war has now become an excuse for the different species to gain a foothold in other worlds. Due to the weakening of the barriers, the lower species have recently been able to brake through them and dimension hop. The only reason I am in the war is due to the fact that once you turn 12 in the Minecraftian civilization, you are taken off to the academy and your profession is decided depending on your skill set. Due to my strength, I was allocated to the army. Children with great intelligence where allocated to the science and research division. Then, there are those rare few, blessed to have the ability to tap into the dimensional mana. These ones are taught the way of the mages and, after years of training, became great weapons to the army.
As we arrive at the battlefield, we are released from our holding cells, and with our weapons forged by the great blacksmiths of Terravale, we charged at our enemy. The battle was a long one, lasting many days, but still we prevailed. As we finally began to make progress, something unimaginable happened. The dimensional barriers broke, making way for more Nether creatures to come through. What was left of my battalion knew the end was near. We had mere moments left, but this was when another dimensional crack appeared in the sky. From this came, not an army, but a single being. A long black coat flapping in the wind behind him and an outfit which consisted of black panels with a purple trim. This is what had been reported at the great Battle of Arcadia, where the battle had ended in moments and neither side had won. The remaining soldiers from our side reported that a creature like this had opened a crack, appeared, killed almost everyone, and left. Some even said they could see him smile with his purple eyes showing nothing but hatred. We were going to die on this field one way or another, for we had the rarest and one of, if not the most, powerful of all the beings, the Enderborn, bringing his judgement upon us. These creatures hold so much power that it is unknown how they came to exist. Some say that they were a gift from the gods, but others say that they're the result of endermen being exposed to high amounts of mana. They say it's from looking into the dimensional rip, which is where all the dimensions converge or, so it's said.
He landed between both armies and said in a quiet, but stern voice, "Stop this violence or I will have to rain judgement upon you all."
His voice sounded as if it was all around me. In the air and in my head at the same time. It commended an ancient power with it as well and I wanted to listen to him but others refused. I could see it in their eyes, they wanted to kill the Enderborn. This was no longer a mission to some, but what they would call their ticket to fame, and a possible end to the war, and then I saw it. One person sneaking up to the powerful being and unsheathing his sword. All I could do is shout and hold my hand out to the fool who went for the killing blow, but a nanosecond before the blade touched the creature's midnight black armor, he had taken his Red Matter blade and plunged it into the fool's side, killing him instantly as the magic of the legendary weapon coursed throughout his body, overwhelming him and destroying him.
The Enderborn flew to the sky and in his almost telepathic voice said, "This is your choice, and you shall suffer it's consequences. No more!" A ball of purple energy built at his hand and he aimed it to the ground. The power of the magic coursed throughout the earth vaporizing all who stood in its way, be them nether being, Minecraftian or Human. I could see it approaching me, but I knew I could do nothing to stop it. I dropped to my knees and close my eyes, waiting for it to reach me.
