Summer

Summer is a great time of the year
My favorite only because my birthday and another that are important to me
It's also warm and sunny
Refreshing
Especially after being trapped in the house for 6 months because of winter
You know why I love summer?
I feel so free in the sun
In the pool
Outside
Everywhere
I can sleep in
Do anything
Have fun
I also get to travel to different states
Visit everyone I need to see
You know what I want most?
The feeling of warmth inside
Like a hot summer day
Like a smile on my face will never fade like the sunlight when its night
I want that feeling where I'm absolutely loved
Everyone loves the summer
The time to enjoy yourself and be free
No more being locked down my school or lack of sleep
Feeling like your school becomes your prison
Your class is your cell
The teachers are the guards
The principals are the wardens
Our bus traps us into place to take us to prison every day
I feel like I've done wrong in my sleep
So I get locked up a few hours later
Except, in prison, their lunch is longer
More free range
I want to feel like summer
Where I'm loved and wanted
Always wished for , never forgotten
Summer is my favorite season
