You make it sound so beautiful
As if the lyrics to a song found its perfect melody
You make it sound better than I ever could
It feels so sweet coming off my lips
All of your name wrapped into one
This time we share a name
Then you say my name
God, it sounds so sweet
Like I can breathe again knowing you hold it on your lips
"Davis", is truly my favorite last name
Only because you hold it
Only cause you want it
You can take it
I'll share it with you
My favorite name in the world
It belongs to you
My last name turns into ours
As you look at me and say the magic words
"I do"
And I look into your beautiful eyes
It's all real
