-yoongi pov-

It was almost the end of lunch and I was spending it inside the library, rain slowly began to fall outside, steadily, Jimin had to do some work with another student so I was mainly alone, except for Hoseok bothering me every once in a while, ever since i had gone over to Jimin's house over the weekend, Hoseok's attitude towards me had changed, his usual happy-go-lucky, funny self had disappeared and he took things seriously, too seriously and didn't joke around anymore.

"So how was your project?"
He questioned from the other side of the bookshelf, I clicked my tongue and looked down at the floor.

"It was fine, how about you come around to this side and we actually have a conversation."
I stated, the was a long pause of silence.

"You know I haven't seen Jimin's friends for quite a while now."

"Really?"

"Yeah."
He mumbled back.

I placed the book that I had been holding down and picked up my bag.

"Hoseok, did something happen over the weekend?"
I looked at one of the books on the shelf as I waited for an answer.

"Yes, you broke a promise Yoongi ."
I brought my head up and raised an eyebrow.

"What promise?"
I asked, Hoseok chuckled.

"It's sad to see that you have already forgotten it."
He mumbled loud enough for me to hear, I walked around the bookshelf to where he was standing, his eyes were red and his hair was a mess, not the usual Hoseok that I've know for a long time.

"Hoseok, I-I'm sorry for whatever I have forgotten."
He didn't turn his head towards me just stared at the books.

"I-I need to tell you something Yoongi, something I have been hiding for so only for it to be ruined by Jimin."
I frowned and looked at him in disbelief, Hoseok wasn't the type of person to get jealous, I mean, he has seen me date many people and so has he, he also encouraged me to make more friends, however I just ignored him.

"Is this what it's about? Jimin? Come on Hoseok I know that you're better than that."
I half-shouted as I walked closer towards him.

"What? No! This is about me and something I have to confess, something I have been putting aside and trying to forget and trying to tell myself that it's not true, but it is!"
I looked towards Hoseok, dumbfounded, the loud ring of the school bell echoed through the quiet atmosphere of the library, the rain had stopped falling outside.

"Hoseok, I-I have to get to class."
I stated tuning my heel.

"No! I have to get this out of my chest, Yoongi, you have to know this."
Hoseok shouted clinging on to my wrist, I ran a hand through my hair in frustration and turned to face him.

"Fine, but hurry up, I want my friend back, remember the Hoseok that joked around and was never serious?"
He let got of my arm, his lips slowly twitching up into a smile making me chuckle.

"Yeah, and he will be back after he says this."

"Ok, go ahead, I have a class."
I muttered looking up at the small clock hung up on the library walls.

"I love you Yoongi, I have for a very long period of time and I know you won't repay that love, but, I needed you to know that."
My eyes opened wide in shock.

"Wh-what?"
