Prologue

C:\Brevin-Household\11:34 AM\Freedance-Server-District\First day of Summer\2067

"BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!"

The alarm was going berserk while it was attempting to wake the sleeping dark haired boy known as Harker Brevin. He had dark brown hair. If his eyes were open you would see their emerald color. He had a bit of a soft face, which was followed by a long-ish neck. HE was currently wearing a shirt that told of the 'dangers' of waking him. Overall he was a bit of a short guy.

He finally woke up by falling off his bed. He quickly stood up in a mock defensive pose. Turning off the clock he ran down the stairs half dressed.

He reached the bottom of the stairs to be stopped by his eldest sister, Natasha Brevin.

Natasha was a tall young adult. She had honey colored hair. Blue eyes like her mother. She was wearing a basic blue tee and jeans. She was not all that beautiful though better looking than a few of her friends.

"Where are you going in such a rush?"

"Game store, new game, pretty big deal." He rushed out the broken sentence, ran to the table, and grabbed a piece of toast with some egg on it.

"At least put your shoes on."

"Fine." He put his shoes and and ran out with his money in one hand and the rest of his food in the other.

Harker got on his bike and peddled down the road to the nearest game store. On the way there he ran into his best friend, Carter.

Carter was taller than Harker by at least a foot. He had blond hair. Hazel eyes, and a bit of a beard. He was wearing a plaid button up shirt and baggy shorts.

"What's up?"

"Headed to the game store, you?" 

"I am headed to the diner for a late brunch."

Before he could say anymore Harker was already too far away to hear him anymore.
