Hey my dumplings! Sorry for the unoriginal chapter title but I wanted to write something about Christmas and I couldn't think of a title. I hope you enjoy! Love you guys and all the nice supporters out there. Also, this chapter involves Brendon's family but THIS IS NOT ACCURATE! I made up all of his family details and shit. I am really bad at coming up with names, so I'm just gonna make some crappy ones up. Also, shoutout to molly_templeton and Silver_Galaxy890 for being awesome. (You both get a free cameo!) This is for all of you who write holiday chapters in June! <3

Soon October turned to November, and the air got cooler. Temperatures slowly dropped and you started wearing more baggy sweaters and hoodies. Brendon said he liked it when you wore those type of clothes and that you looked absolutely adorable in this one oversized Panic! At The Disco hoodie. Cuddling by the fire with hot chocolate, tea, or coffee became something that happened at least once a week. You and Brendon were flying to visit his family on Thanksgiving and Christmas who coincidentally also lived in Florida. Brendon said they were away for a vacation when you visited Florida which is why he wanted to hold off on going with you. You never really had celebrated Thanksgiving or Christmas since your mother had died, but you were extremely excited to get into the holiday mood. Meeting his family was going to be amazing. You had talked to his mom a few times over the phone, and she seemed extremely kind. Almost like a calm soccer mom, very sweet but still calm and collected. If they were half as amazing as him, you definitely would get along with his family. He had a younger sister who was in an art college in LA and an older brother who made guitars. Everyone was visiting his parents on Christmas and Thanksgiving, and so were you. Apparently it was a big family tradition and he was very excited. So were you! Meeting his family would be fun!

The week of Thanksgiving you drove to the airport excitedly. You bounced up and down in your seat like a small child and Brendon laughed almost the whole way. That excitement soon however turned into insanity from caffeine withdrawal. You and him both needed coffee, and you needed it NOW. You fidgeted with each other's hands as you rushed through security and ran to the food court area. There it was, in all of it's glory, and overpriced coffee shop. The line was only three people, but to you it looked like the Oregon trail. "B! I'm dying! I neeeed caffeine!" You whined in his ear. He laughed, held your chin, and giggled "you'll live ok?" You pouted with your hands on your hips, then held his hand again and reassumed your depressed expression. Then, it was your turn to order. Brendon got you a large f/d (favorite drink) and another for himself. "Thanks B!" you cheered and threw his arms around him. Then a young lady called out 'y/n and Brendon?' You tripped over yourself running just to be caught by Brendon who helped you up and handed you your drink with a little giggle. "YES! CAFFEINE! YES YES YES!" you cheered before inhaling one fourth of the large drink. Brendon laughed and enjoyed his own coffee. You didn't care about anything else. Mmmmm caffeine! I loooove this sooooooo muuuuch! Brendon found two seats by the gate. You sat and waited to be called. When you were called to board the plane you walked with Brendon hand in hand and a big goofy smile on your face. Brendon brushed your hair behind your ear and kissed you gently on the cheek. He let you have the window seat, saying it was the 'gentlemanly thing to do.' You had only been on a plane twice in your life before, and this was exciting. You played with Brendon's fingers and rubbed circles in his palm anxiously while you watched a flight attendant demonstrate how to properly buckle your seat belt. "Brendon?" you whispered in his ear "I'll give you five bucks if you can lift up both of your feet when the plane takes off." He chuckled quietly and whispered back "screw physics! I could buy a whole new coffee with that!" You chuckled quietly to each other as the flight attendants walked to the back of the plane, giving you both questioning glances. Then a falsely cheerful voice boomed over the PA "this is your captain speaking, please make sure your trays are down and clipped to the seat. We will be taking off shortly." You squirmed with childish excitement. "Brendon, do the houses really look like little cubes? And do the trees look like little broccoli?" you whispered, smiling brightly at him. He smiled back and cheerfully giggled "Of course they do, why else would anyone want to fly in a plane?" Then the plane started moving forward and you lurched back in your seat, still holding his hand. Suddenly the plane slowly began to lift off the ground and you giggled "now!" You both struggled against the pressure to lift your legs, laughing hysterically the whole time. Brendon just managed to get his right leg in the air when the pressure disappeared, causing you both to accidentally kick the seat in front of you. You both couldn't breathe you were laughing so hard. After apologizing to the old man that sat in front of you, you sat back and sighed into your seat. The windows were perfectly round. Outside the houses, trees, and people seemed impossibly distant. "Look B! They really are tiny!" you cheered like a small child. Brendon turned to the window with a big grin. Suddenly the plane dipped above the clouds, revealing what had to be heaven. The clouds were puffy and soft, and every part of you wished you could reach out and touch them. The rising sun made the entire sky gold and tinted the clouds yellow. It was absolutely breathtaking. Brendon smiled brightly and looked you straight in the eyes with his soft, loving glance. He then leaned to your ear and softly whisper-sang
