Just another chapter. Love you guys. ;)
The sun crept in the window. Brendon was already awake, but he still held you close to his body. "My beautiful girl" he muttered and closed his eyes. You don't think you could've lived if you didn't kiss him, just seeing him. It was a beautiful kiss, no one attempted to loosen their grip on the other person ever. You softly hummed a note before whisper-singing "waking up to a kiss and you're on your way." Shit. That song actually had Sarah's name in it. You were ok, Brendon was too. It was just startling. "Y/n smiles more like an angel" he grinned. After cuddling for a long time, his phone beeped.
Get out of bed dude, we're here to surprise you.
It was Spencer. Shit shit SHIT. You both were in your pajamas and your hair was really fucked up from cuddling. You didn't mind though, it did make Brendon look really sexy, but it made you look like a hot mess.
"Come on beautiful" he said before getting out of bed and waiting for me to follow and hold his hand. He pushed the door outward and picked me up in bridal hold, sending me into a fit of schoolgirl giggles. When we came downstairs, all the guys but Spencer were in their pajamas and gathered around a cake with a case of beer. "Tour is tomorrow!" Ryan cheered and tossed Brendon a beer when he put me down. He then passed it to me and got another one for himself. "Don't worry, our bunks can hold two people" he assured. I giggled and took his beer bottle and put the cap between my teeth. With a tug, it was open and the guys gawked at me. "What? Old college trick!" I giggled with a little flourish. "Siiiiiick" Jon yelled as the room burst into giggles."Oh,Guys I wrote a song last night!" Brendon cheered as all eyes were turned to him. "While you were asleep baby" he giggled, brushing my almost-completely-healed cheek. Then he turned to look at the floor shyly. "It's for...y/n...I had the idea so I just wrote it?" I smiled this wide, face-splitting grin and shoved in his face as I kissed him. He tasted like beer, but so did I. He had a giant grin too, and did something that I, and clearly the guys too, had never seen. He blushed, a deep crimson that spread across his perfectly-dimpled cheeks. He grabbed his acoustic guitar. He began to strum out a soft melody, slow and smooth.
When the world gets too heavy,
put it on my back
I'll be your levy
You are taking me apart like bad glue
On a get well cardBrendon...
It was always you
Falling for me
Now there's always time
Calling for me
I'm the light blinkin' at the end of the road,
Blink back to let me knowYou blinked three times very prominently, causing Brendon's grin to impossibly widen.
I'm a fly that's trapped
In a web
But I'm thinking that
My spider's dead
Lonely, lonely little life
I could kid myself
In thinking that I'm fineYour eyes began to well up and you almost lunged right into Brendon's arms. You barely managed to resist.
It was always you
Falling for me
Now there's always time
Calling for me
I'm the light blinkin' at the end of the road,
Blink back to let me knowThe guys all loved the song. They kept on exchanging glances with me and Brendon but we kept our eyes glued to each other. His gaze was addictive.
That I'm skin and bone
Just a king and a rusty throne
Oh the castle's under siege
But the sign outside says leave me alone
