As I sat in the bathroom crying and in pain I waited for Kate to come to my rescue and give me some pain killers.

When Kate busted through the bathroom door she ran right in front of me and told my to take off my hoodie and shirt. At first I was scared but I eventually took off my hoodie and shirt and winced in pain. Kate looked at the large bruise and old and fairly new scars on my hips and sides. She touched my cut cheek and black eye.

K- it was Savannah and the plastics wasn't it

C- yeah it was

K- here that these. She handed me two pain killers and her water bottle

C- thank you and with that downed the two pain killer. Happy to have something.

K- give me your shirt you can but in the hoodie it will less likely make the bruise helmet less than if you have a shirt on.

C- okay. I handed her my shirt while she played nurse and cleaned my cuts wrapped my waist and and gave me her sunglasses for my lovely me eye color.

K- you really should tell the counselors about Savannah and the plastics.

C- I can't Savannah would make my home life a living hell it's bad enough with Mom and Cole beating me black and blue I don't need Savannah there to

K- you need to move out of the house and some where safe cuz if right now you are not in a healthy environment

C- I know but if I leave Cole will hunt me down and make me move back home

K- come here and let me hug you and with that she hugged me lightly making me feeling kinda safe

*bell rings*

C- lunch time might as well go

K- only if you want we could skip if you wanted

C- nah I want to go to the cafe

K- if you insist but if you want to leave I am one call away okay

C- okay

With that me and Kate got off the bathroom floor and headed for the cafe me in a hoodie and sunglasses and Kate looking fabulous. When we went into the cafe I headed straight for our table in the far back by a window. I sat next to Abbie and Samantha while Kate went to get food.

S- you my friend look like shit what happened?

C- Savannah and her gang bet the shit out of me..

A- Oh funny are you okay??

C- Kate was there to help me so I feel better

M- what's up with your shades

C- black eyes Kim punched me in my pretty hard.

K- you tell them what happened

C- yeah

S- we are here for you always and don't for get that... okay

C- okay

The rest of the day I was sore and it hurt moving from class to class but I was thankful for when the school day ended....
