Charlie pov:

While sitting in the court room I became nervous. I really hoped that Blake be came my guardian

"Mr. Smith you wanted to take place of guardian instead of Mr. Parish? Is that correct?"

"Yes sir it is"

"Why do you want to become Charlotte Kennedy Parishes guardian."

"Why easy she's like a sister and they way she came to us broken and a mess I knew she would not be welcomed at home and I heard stories from the other boys that live in the house hold that Savannah her step sister bullied her. Pretty hard"

"So Mr. Smith other bonus live in the household?"

"Yes sir and I am the legal guardian of all all five of them two being my twin little brothers after our parents died."

"So is it really suitable for a young lady to live with seven other males? I don't think it would be appropriate."

" objection" Ryan's Blake's and my lawyer shouted.

" okay Mr. Flames your turn. Who's your witness to testify?"

" my witness is Ms. Parishes friend  Katey White "

"Ms. White how long have you know ms. Parish?"

"Middle school Savannah had pushed her into the locker and I made sure she was okay after every one else left."

"Did Savannah hurt Ms. Parish at any other time."

"Oh most certainly. Just last month Savannah called her sister emo a freak and to die and she caused her to bleed and have a black eye it's been this way for as long as I can remember."

"Did she ever tell you about her father being abusive"

"Yes sir I know one nite Jr year Mr. Scott had came home heavely drunk. When Charlotte wouldn't do as she was told Cole I mean Mr. Scott broke a bear bottle and cut her back leaving permanent scars."

"Well it's looks to me that Mr. Scott and his daughter Ms. Scott is dangerous and unhealthy for Charlotte"

I sat there as each of my friend told there story and testified against Cole and Savannah. I wasn't looking forward for tomorrow. Then I was my turn.
