Shawn's POV

I can't stop looking at her, she's just too beautiful.

Y/N is seriously the most beautiful person I have ever seen. Not just on the outside, but on the inside as well.

I love it when she giggles at a stupid joke, how her hair flows in the wind, and her eyes, don't get me started on that. She is very funny, and has a thing for puns. She is one of nicest people I have ever met, and she's my best friend.

I'm just staring across the cafeteria looking at her eat her lunch(I promise I'm not a stalker) despite us being best friends, we hang out with different people at lunch. I sit with Ian, Mark, and Brian. She sits with her boyfriends group. That's right she has a boyfriend, and he's the baddest kid in school. If you don't know who he is let me tell you.

Jack Gilinsky is the baddest kid in school, lady's man, and to me is the monster that is mistreating my girl. On Friday nights he goes out partying drinking the night away and even hooks up with a couple of eager girls wanting him in their pants. He disrespects teachers and vandalizes the school constantly.

Jack sits down next to Y/N and puts his arm around her and I look away, I can't take this anymore. It feels like I'm lying to her constantly by not telling that Jack cheats on her all the time. What if alcohol has a negative affect on him and he lashes out on her? I have to tell her.

*skip to after school*

I was having Y/N over to my house so we could work on a science project. Nobody was home and I thought it was the perfect time to tell her about Jack.

We drop our bags on the kitchen table and get out our stuff. She puts her hair in a messy bun and I can't help but stare at her, god she's beautiful.

"Uh y/n?"

She looks up at me finishing her messy bun and says "yeah?"

"I have to talk to you about Jack."

"What about him?"

I take a deep breath, "I don't know if you know this but Jack goes out every Friday night to go partying and drinks, not only that but he hooks up with several girls as well. As your best friend I don't want you to get hurt and I want to be honest with you, I think you need to break up with him."

Her expression shifts and she looks like she's about to cry, but she straightens up.

"He used to do that stuff, but he doesn't anymore."

I put my face down in my hands for a second, then pick my head up and put my hands down again.

"Ian goes to those party's a lot too, he says that Jack gets very drunk, goes on the dance floor with some girl grinding on him, and then goes upstairs with her."

Y/N starts to cry a little bit, then she wipes her tears away.

"Your lying."

"I'm not making this up y/n."

"Whatever I'm leaving, do this project yourself."
