think of this book as little reminders that you do need to take care of yourself, that it was just a tiny mistake, that you are beautiful, that you are worth everything, that your life is as precious as the entire universe, and that as cliché as it seems, that somebody out there really does love you (that little dog you passed the other day which strained on its leash to try and get to you sure seemed to).
