Ever thought of that little girl in the corner?
Ever thought of that small story untold?
Ever thought of a rainy shower
acting as a veil to unfold?
Ever thought of that little girl's tears?
Ever thought of murky truths?
Ever thought of all the crimes and fears
induced by murderers and sleuths?
Ever thought of that little girl's screams?
Ever thought of wiping her tears?
Ever thought how much a smile would mean
for an angel cowering in fear?
Ever thought about the past of others?
Ever thought about their pains and griefs?
Ever thought of that little girl's eyes
that used to once be lit up by smiles?
Ever thought of other's memories?
Ever thought of other's losses?
Ever thought of your selfish reality
that's hidden behind your condolences?
Ever thought of sweet lucky charms?
Ever thought of bitter hard rocks?
Ever thought of which one are you;
the one who brought a smile or who did nothing at all?
For once, just stop and think
about the million relevant questions about others.
For once, stop watching the little girl
and instead, go offer a shoulder.
