It was a woman, that women turns out to be my mother, just great she decided to go home early, 

"Oh hey mom," I nervously greeted her, pulling away from Tay, she knew Tay, but she doesn't really like him, since the day he ditched me, 

"Don't you hey mom me?" uh oh, I'm in trouble, she have her im-angry-dont-you-act-all-nice-to-me face, "I got home early to see a guy is all over you, the guy that ditched over reputation, you know that I dislike him, Brooke?" I let out a sigh, I know, I was wrong, 

"I'm sorry, mom," I looked at her, I really feel guilty this time, She smiled at me, gave me a you-better-make-him-go, and just like that, she walk away not looking at Taylor, "Taylor, you need to" 

"I know, I need to go, we can still be friends right?" he cut me not able to finish my sentence, I nodded, he left my room, I heard him said sorry to my mom, and left our house.

It've been a week that I asked Jake to wait for me, and I've been avoiding the popular kids, I asked permission from my mom, she said yes, cause she like Jake for being a gentleman, I walked to my 3rd period, and as always Jake will be there, I sat behind him, he passed me a note,

We need to talk at lunch 

I crumbled it and just let it there, I know he will say that he doesn't like me anymore, typical badass bad boy, it doesn't really break my heart thou, I already knew he will ditched me, like all the boys out there, such a cruel world, I repeat, such a cruel world.

Argh lunch for the first time ever, I'm not really excited for lunch, because of the talk, I walk over to an empty table, cause its probably not right to be in the it crowd, right now, just then Malory approached, she sat in front of me, "Why are you not sitting with us and why are you avoiding us?" 

"It's nothing, I just need some time with myself," I lied, apparently  she know that I'm lying,

"Oh ho ho, and I'm Tyra Banks," she teased, "come on tell me?" she begged, can't believe that the most popular girl in school begged, I decided to tell her, what happened last week, and  on 3rd period, she gasped, "that's really odd, cause usually Tay and Jake will just hooked up with the girls, and never really confess, you must be really special to the both of them!" 

"Ha. Ha. you are just hillarious Lory," I said sarcasing,

"Well, if I'm that hillarious, you would really laugh, but I know Jake, I've been his best friend, since we were like eight, he never have feelings for anyone, never" she rubbed my back, "you are irresistible nerd, after all, and I like you as a friend, well I consider you, as my best friend already," she smiled,

"Well thanks, that makes me a lot better, and now will you excuse me, I think Jake is waiting for me, we need to talk," I stated the talk word, I gave her a quick hug, I walked to where Jake is standing, 

"So what do we need to talk about?" not wanting to greet him, 

"Have you figured out the answer, to my question, my lady," I nodded, 

"so.." he said softly and gently pull me closer to him,

"yes I will be yours," I smiled and hugged him, he hugged me back, just then Hallow past over us, sending me death glare, uh shoot, I need to deal with this witch. I pull away from the hug, "umm Jake?" 

"yea?" 

"Hallow," I pointed my finger toward her, Jake turned his body to see Hale,

"yea what about her?" 

"I'm afraid she will hit me or do something with me," his lips crashed to mines, I got a kiss from Jake, omg, well I know its usual since we are together now, but still it gave me quite a shock,

"Don't worry bout her, you are mine now," I just nodded, and we walked back to the cafeteria.
