Allen held his hands up. "I mean Azreal or Famine." A touch of gold played along his wing tips, visible to Mystery.

"And why do you say that Co-" She saw the gold and bit her tongue.

Allen tilted his head to the side. "Is something wrong?"

Mystery shook her head. "Nothing. I'm fine. Then again, why would you care?"

At that, he disappeared and reappeared behind her. His eyes were a beautiful ice blue, his wings shone gold, but his hair was a bleak grey. Turning around to get her swords, she saw him.

"A-allen." She felt dread hang over her.

He glared at her over his shoulder. "Dark." His voice was bitter. "I thought you had died."

Mystery felt a pang of guilt. "I'm sorry, Allen. I-"

He growled, causing Mystery to whimper like a scared puppy and back up. "Save it." Once more, he disappeared.

Mystery inhaled sharply, ran to change into her outfit, then grabbed her cloak and ran outside. She ran away from the base, out of the shield with tears rolling down her cheeks. She was running to an old hideout of hers. The way there was dangerous. She had to watch out for rebels who knew her uniform. The thing making this more dangerous was the fact that Echo had escaped his cell and Mystery had no weapons.

Suddenly, something or someone tackled her and covered her mouth.
