To my surprise, I was not awoken by the three girls who did my makeup and helped me dress. I woke myself to the sun that shines through the window into my eyes. I yawned and proceeded to turn myself so that I could sleep some more only to realize that I may be sent home today.
My eyes widen and I sat upright. The comfy bed would be no more tomorrow nor would the food I loved so much. I didn't want to go home.
The Queen has awoken me not physically but mentally to the idea that I had found some strange comfort in the place.
I moved myself off the bed and sighed. A part of me dying to the idea of leaving. Another upset with myself with actually liking-no loving-the fact that I ywasn't at home. This palace could never be home but it could certainly accommodate for now.
I moved over to the bathtub where I looked at myself in the mirror. My eyes, naturally, looked tired and I had a bed head. I proceeded to start brushing my hair when the door opened.
I moved over to the door the brush in my hand, and opened the door.
"What are you doing?" Clara asked in surprise looking at the brush in my hand, when she realized what she said her checks reddened in embarrassment.
"Clara! Apologize to the Miss right now!" Crystal yelped in anger.
"Sorry for the drama...its just that we're suppose to brush your hair," Whispered Daisy, shyly.
"It's alright," I told them handing the brush to Clara, who directed me to sit down where she started brushing my hair.
So much fuss over nothing, I complained in my head.
When the girls were finished "making me beautiful" a guard lead me down to the dinning hall, where I would be having my last meal.
First Part-Second part coming later
