Megami giggled as she slipped into her raincoat, and Nagato observed her from the corner of the room. Finally he made up his mind and shyly asked her, "um Megami where are you going?"

Her green eyes went large, confounded. "I thought you were sleeping. Nagato-nii, I am going to visit my father."

His eyes widened under his bangs once he heard what she had stated. 'Isn't her father dead?'

"Since you are up, do you want to come with? I am sure he would like you." Megami held out her hand to the red haired child, smiling.

Nagato smiled taking her hand. Before they departed, Nagato retrieved an umbrella to protect them from the never ending crying sky. He observed Megami as they walked. It had been a little over a year since the pair had moved in, and Nagato was concerned for her when he had heard her father had died, but he had never witnessed her shed a single tear.

He somehow admired her, because unlike him, he was practically a cry baby and since Megam had moved in, she had always comforted him. Then the young boy gawked at the picturesque scenery that was situated right in front of him. Even though with the gruesome conditions there was a bijou meadow with blossomed flowers and the grass was a lively exuberant green tinge. "How?"

"I did it, of course." She released Nagato's hand, running to it. "You said you wondered before where your parents and my mother got the herbs, they got it from this same meadow." Megami bended down picking some flowers.

"Ah, Megami! Stay under the umbrella or you will catch a cold." He sprinted towards her, holding the shield over both their heads.

"There!" She exclaimed holding a crown made out of flowers. "This is for you Nagato-nii!" The young girl of the Hoshimora Clan placed it on his head. "Come, this way Nagato-nii!!"

Couple meters further away from the small meadow was a gravestone. The other crown of flowers Megamihinsei had made, she placed the accessory on the headstone. "My father was the one who taught me how to make them. I remember every single time I tried to make they used to fall out and I would cry. He had always comforted me, saying that I have a powerful friend who would cry with me and I should be careful. Father also made me do it again and again, until I became a master at it. That's how I crafted these two so quickly." She twirled towards Nagato. "Oh, I forgot. Father this is my god-brother who I always tell you about. Nagato."

The sentence that Megami stated rang throughout this brain. 'She talks about me to her father? I bet it's nothing good.'

"I told you about how he's as sensitive as nature right? And how's he's kind too? I like those traits about him!" Megami conversed with her father.

'What?!' The young boy felt his cheeks growing warm. Then he distinguished that she was eyeing him.

"Why are you making such a face? You don't believe me? But I really like those traits about you. With your sensitivity you are able to understand peoples' pain better and then you would become great help to them." She witnessed his face growing as red as his hair. "Nagato are you alright?! Are you catching a fever?! But you are under the umbrella!"

He shook his head, mortified. "It's ok. Nothing to worry about." Then he looked up, because the beating on his umbrella had became harder, and he sighed. "Sometimes I wish I had the power to stop the rain. It's really depressing."

"Stop the rain you say?" She repeated softly. "One thing about the rain is that it carries the pain and suffering away with it." She moved from under the umbrella. Her pink strands instantly got wet, sticking onto her face like attached with glue. "Nagato some day, I believe you will have such a power. Promise you will keep it a secret about what I am going to do."
