That New Girl

chapter 2-the day has come

"Mom where are my books" I screamed at the top of my lungs from my new bedroom. We got to our new house about 3 months ago but we hadn't have much time to empty our moving boxes. I was super excited for my first day of school tomorrow but I couldn't find any of my text books for my classes. "Jemi I think it's in the box in the basement" my mom said with the same tone I had. I ran down to the basement and searched the box and sure enough I found my books. I grabbed what I needed and ran back upstairs but when I passed my mom's office I told her I found it. When I got to my room I shut my door and turned on my music. Recently I have been hooked on scars to your beautiful by Alessia Cara. It was my turn to motivational music. I went to my closet and pulled out the clothes for tomorrow I decided to take out a black tank top, a striped cardigan, a black leggings with my combat boots. Let's just say I love black. For the rest of the night my mom and I just chilled watching chic flicks on Netflix until it was time for me to go to bed because after all I had school the next day. I gave my mom a kiss and went straight to my room. I put my phone to charge and set my alarm for 6 and I dropped self into my bed and turned off my light. Let's just say it took me a while to fall asleep because I was so excited for tomorrow.

My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard ,damn right it's better than yours, damn right it's better than yours, if I teach you I would have to charge. I was so caught of guard when my alarm came on. I thought I changed that song. I got up with an excited Caz on my bed liking my toes. I immediately got up when reality hit me. It's my first f***ing day of school I thought its time to wake up, kick, ass and repeat. I got out of bed and started to get ready. I went straight to my bath room and started to brush my teeth when my phone rang. I ran to my desk and picked the phone up to see that my ex was calling ,what does he want now. I sighed and just ignore the call. I went back to getting ready I tried to do something new to my hair by straightening it because it is always in either a messy bun or some big wild curls. Surprisingly my hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it and i just threw my clothes on and danced around in my new Chanel fragrance. I'm ready for this shid.(I'm a big one on being motivated).
I went down stairs to find my mom ready for the day ahead of us in the kitchen drinking a hot mug of coffee. I gave her a kiss on the cheek and she gave me a mug that she already prepared. "Are you ready for school jemi?" My mom said in an excited voice "yea, I can't wait" echoing my mom's enthusiasm "well finish up quickly for you don't wanna be late for your first day of school" she said whilst walking out the kitchen and straight to her car. I drank my coffee out then rushed after her.

It took my mom 20 minutes from home to get to my new school. Ahhhhhh it's finally here. I nodded at my mom to indicate my departure because I don't want to seem weird on my first day and I opened the car door. "Have a good day pumpkin and I'm going to text you after school ok" she said very excitingly "I told you not to call me that and I will" I said in shame as some children walked pass me laughing. I shut the door and told her goodbye. I turned around and gazed at my new school when she drove away I can't believe I am here. I walked up the stairs and into the building. I went straight to the principals office to collect my student's identification card when I bumped into this really pretty girl. "Sorry" we said at the same time whilst we exchanged smiles "my name is ..." We also said at the same time. is she like reading my mind? I quickly said " Jemima but people call me jemi. What's yours?" "I'm kacy, Kacy Jones. It's nice to meet you jemi." she said in a very friendly voice placing her right hand out gesturing a hand shake and I returned the favor. "Are you new here?" She asked as we walked away from the secretary (I've already collected my ID just to clear things up) "yea. Wbu" I asked mirroring her tone of voice "no, some times I wish I am tho" she said in an almost angry manner. After that we really hooked it off. We exchanged numbers and found out that most of our classes are the same except chemistry. I really like her tho. Her smart bubbly personality is really entertaining. we walked into our first class which was English and took our seats at the back because neither of us likes the front. Kacy and I was chatting about the new Justin emojis when the door swung open and entering the class was the hottest teenage male I have ever seen in my entire life. holy mother of God. I guessed kacy heard me because she immediately started to tell me about that God like creature that just walked through the door "his name is Jake Andrews. He is the school's hotie and also the captain of the football team" she said in an amused way. As soon a s she was finished, in came the English teacher Miss. Fries. She walked over to where Jake was standing and told him to go get a seat next to me. Wait what? Is that sex God coming my way? Was I dreaming? I must be dreaming. "Hi, I'm jake and you are?..." He said in a deep but very sexy voice am I in heaven cause this sure feels like it "mama" I said in a chicken voice. I'm so dead.
