What a bitch, I thought.

I could see them from far away, talking between themselves in the hospital room although I couldn’t hear what they were talking about. The older one was wily, conniving and clever for I could easily see her expression from my vantage point out here. I knew that she suspected something but had kept quiet because of the younger one. She had looked with so much doubt at the man who stood in front of her and I knew then she didn’t believe the story that had been fed to her mother. A story, whose writer was I. It was a close call that the stupid lady hadn’t seen me in the car otherwise things would have been so difficult to handle. After so many months of planning and preparations, today the first step of my plan had completed. I was dying to see this day. What a stupid woman her mother was, she had seen and yet she hadn’t told her.

Her younger sister, with her all happy-go-lucky nature and always talkative habit drew my attention. There was something about her that attracted me and I had to stay in the shadows for I wanted revenge. I knew she would be a great pawn in the game which I had decided to play with them. I wanted revenge, my inner demon wanted to be justified and I was bent on doing that.

I would justify him.

For now, I had to plan my next move. Turning around, he went towards his car.
